"I had a very good experience at this hotel. The room and overall environment were exceptionally clean, which really stood out and made the stay feel comfortable and pleasant. The staff were friendly and professional, and the service overall was great. I also appreciated the free parking — that’s always a big plus. The hotel offers a laundry service, which I used. It costs extra, but it was convenient and worked well. There was a swimming pool available, though unfortunately it was too cold to use during winter — something to keep in mind if you're visiting in colder months. Overall, it was a very good stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others."

"This hotel is located in the heart of Adelaide, South Australia's capital. While it's not a five-star, it's definitely a top-tier four-star. The location is excellent, with a McDonald's right across the street and major supermarkets like Coles nearby. It offers fantastic value for money, especially during holidays. There's also a gym and a swimming pool on the first floor of the hotel."

"Great hotel, pool wasn’t that warm when me and my partner stayed so it wasn’t that enjoyable. It was also quite small more of a lap pool than anything. Our fan above the shower was quite dusty they sent someone in the room to clean it when we left and they did. Claimed that the fans are cleaned weekly but I beg to differ. The room was quite small for the price as well our sink had to be closed almost the whole time because it stunk out the room so badly. Didn’t get that well or a view from our room either. Beds are comfy and feel good. Shower was great we didn’t have a bath in our room. Overall I wouldn’t spend that much for that room again cause it wasn’t that worth it"

You can request various services and amenities, like different pillows, through the app and they arrive in about 10 minutes, which is quite efficient. We booked a twin room, and both beds were double beds, very comfortable. It's incredibly close to the must-visit Central Market, just across the road, making dining super convenient – no need to even book breakfast at the hotel. The air conditioning was excellent, so the summer heat wasn't an issue at all. Highly recommend!"

The bedding was clean and soft, the bathroom had no odors or hidden dirty spots, and the common areas were always tidy. You can tell the hotel pays attention to detail, making our stay very reassuring. The room was also very spacious. 💁‍♀️Professional and Thoughtful Service, Felt Right at Home The front desk staff were enthusiastic and efficient. Check-in and check-out were seamless with no waiting time. "The location is fantastic, within walking distance to all the main attractions, and there's public transport just a few hundred meters away that goes directly to the airport. The facilities are a bit old, but the room itself is spacious and very clean. Overall, I'd still highly recommend it."

"Ordinary motel, the facilities are a bit old, there is a distance from the beach, it is estimated to take about 20 minutes to walk. The key is that there is always a damp and moldy smell in the room, and it is the same if you change a room. It is estimated to be a common phenomenon. A month in Australia, is the most uncomfortable hostel in Melbourne and Adelaide. Not recommended."

"We checked into HotelMotel late in the evening and picked up the keys from the reception at Hotel Alba next door. It was a short walk to the motel. The group operates 3 hotels that are adjacent to each other including the Terrace Hotel on South Terrace which is the southern border of Adelaide City. The hotel has rooms on 2 floors surrounding a central carpark on 3 sides. Parking is free for HotelMotel guest whereas guests have to pay extra for secure parking at the other 2 hotels. HotelMotel has been recently renovated and won some awards for its upgrade. There are no lifts and bags need to be carried up a flight of stairs if your room is on the upper floor. The surroundings were very quiet which enabled us to have a good sleep. The room was comfortable and the bathroom modern. We would stay again on our next trip to Adelaide. There are not many options for places to eat late at night except for the Pulteney Pokies place around the corner which had friendly and helpful staff."

The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of the city, just across from the ****** and railway station, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. It’s incredibly convenient with easy access in every direction, whether you’re heading out for sightseeing, dining, or business. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was friendly and efficient. This has become my go-to place whenever I visit Adelaide, and I’ll definitely continue to stay here in the future.
