"This onsen hotel offers fantastic natural hot spring services. It has an open-air bath, perfect for soaking and stargazing at night. If you visit in winter, you can even enjoy the snow while bathing. Private baths are also available as an option. The triple room was quite spacious, with three very comfortable beds. The room's functional areas were clearly separated, making it very convenient and comfortable to use. The hotel is close to Furano Station; you can see it right after exiting the station and it's a straightforward 3-4 minute walk. While there isn't a bustling commercial area nearby, you can find suitable restaurants and supermarkets. To get to the 7-Eleven, you'll need to cross the pedestrian overpass in front of the hotel."

They willingly offered to let me check in an hour earlier as the room is already cleaned and ready - something which most other hotels refuse to do at zero fee. "1. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Kitanomine ski resort, just across the street. Ski rentals are available directly at the hotel, and there's a very enthusiastic young man from Taiwan who works there. The prices are also the cheapest, highly recommended. 2. Transportation: There's a direct bus from New Chitose Airport that stops right at the hotel entrance, making it a seamless journey. The bus stop for Biei and Asahikawa is directly opposite the hotel's main entrance, with a direct Lavender Bus service that accommodates luggage. 3. Dining: We booked breakfast and dinner. Breakfast has a 1-hour limit, and dinner has a 90-minute limit. Both breakfast and dinner were very rich and plentiful. Dinner even included BBQ, though the dishes didn't change daily. Beer and sake were all-you-can-drink. 4. Entertainment: The hotel offers free 24-hour beverage machines. There are also scheduled times daily for roasted marshmallows, baked potatoes, cookies, and beer time, which the kids really enjoyed. There's also a children's play area. 5. Room: We had a triple room. The room wasn't very big and was a bit dated, but the heating was excellent. 6. Onsen (Hot Spring): There are two pools, one at room temperature and one at 40 degrees Celsius. It was quiet and not crowded."

"I booked this hotel last minute and was pleasantly surprised. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious; the beef at dinner was great and the fish was exquisite. What I didn't expect was the all-you-can-eat melon for breakfast – no need to go to a farm for it! The whole hotel has a very relaxing vibe. "The staff and service were very nice. They planned my taxi trip from the hotel to Farm Tomita and then to the airport so I could spend time in the lavender fields. Another great thing to mention is their excellent English skills, and they also speak German, Korean, and Chinese. This is just what I observed personally. I am pretty picky (having always stayed in 5-star hotels only), but I can say that this one is probably the best in this geographically remote area, as there are no 5-star options that would satisfy my taste"
