"Uniquely designed, feels very western. Staff was great and had advanced knowledge of English. Beds were so comfy. Lots of shops and restaurants south of the building. Wifi was fast. Windows we’re big. Only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast hawker outside of the lobby. It was so loud and violent that I thought it was a demonstration lol. I have the feeling that this is a daily occurrence so if you don’t want to hear yelling and banging pans for an hour every morning request a room on the east side. Even still, this place is fantastic and I recommend it"

"The room is near Xijindu, very close to the scenic area. Xijindu itself is rich in history and offers a wide variety of food. We paid a little extra, and the hotel upgraded our room and included breakfast. They also offer free rental of Republic of China-era costumes for photos, which is great for taking pictures in Xijindu. There were also staff members who helped with luggage and complimentary souvenirs were given."
