THE WUTAI MOUNTAIN Pu yin shan she

Hotel near South Line/Baiyun Temple,Wutai County
Our homestay is located in Huyinggou Homestay Village within Wutai Mountain Scenic Area. Nestled in an independent courtyard, it offers a haven where the sky is azure blue and clouds are softly billowing—shake off all fatigue and let your entire being immerse in this serene beauty, where stunning landscapes blend with the tranquility of a deep courtyard. If you ask which temple in Wutai Mountain is the best, this 500-li Buddhist kingdom has no definitive answer—it’s all about fate. If you wonder which master is most worthy of a visit, just as Sudhana’s 53 encounters taught us, what matters is the enlightenment you gain. And if you seek how to fulfill your wishes, remember: all things follow karma, so let go of obsession. To set foot on Wutai Mountain in one’s lifetime is a blessing earned over seven lifetimes; treading its soil is said to bring prosperity to generations. If you hesitate when to come, the Bodhisattva whispers: Coming is enough. The homestay integrates natural tranquility, Zen-style calligraphy, and tea culture, complemented by high-end modern amenities. Both floors exude classical elegance and peace, enhancing your "Zen-seeking" journey. Conveniently located just a 15-minute drive from Wuye Temple and Shuxiang Temple, the property is surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets, adjacent to Jingyin Temple and Pu’an Temple. We offer various room types, including Secluded View Courtyard Rooms and Leisure View Suites. All rooms are fully equipped with free WiFi, complimentary mineral water, tea, coffee, and other refreshments. Additional services include self-service laundry, a free business center, direct vehicle access, complimentary parking, and dedicated butler service to assist with luggage for you and your family. We welcome you with joy, whether you come by fate or choice. The homestay can also accommodate private courtyard bookings for 15-20 guests.
"The environment is truly elegant, with a new Chinese style decoration exuding a sense of Zen. The calligraphy table is large and sturdy enough, so writing large characters feels unconfined. The tea ceremony setup in the rest area is very thoughtfully arranged; after writing, enjoying a cup of tea makes even the air feel slower. The garden design is also very tasteful; it's clear the owner has refined taste and a discerning eye. They even treated us to breakfast, and the chef was very enthusiastic, making delicious food. Highly recommend to friends! 👍👍"

"I must thank the hotel manager Gong. Because of an emergency at home, I needed to rush back. Manager Gong helped me contact and find a car in the middle of the night, and coordinated the check-out afterwards. All the service staff were very enthusiastic, and the hotel's security was also reassuring. I am grateful that I had the opportunity to book Jun Tang in Wutai Mountain this time. I will continue next time🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻"

"The guesthouse staff were incredibly helpful, even carrying my luggage upstairs. What I appreciated most was how clean it was. The guesthouse had a Zen-like style, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered fantastic views. The buffet breakfast was vegetarian. The only downside might be the location, about two kilometers behind the Shuxiang Temple parking lot. Because I went during the National Day holiday, traffic control measures at Wutai Mountain meant the guesthouse shuttle service was a bit delayed, which shouldn't be the case during normal times. There's a dedicated shuttle driver at the front desk who was very friendly. It's absolutely perfect for those driving."

Full score! The experience was full from the beginning of the door, the front desk staff was gentle and polite, and the procedures were neat and not delayed. The rooms were cleaned very meticulously, there was no smell, the lighting and ventilation were very good, the mattress was moderately hard and the rest quality was particularly high. The hot water is stable, the supplies are complete, and the corridor is quiet and soundproof. The hotel is conveniently located, convenient to travel, health and service are far beyond expectations, excellent value for money, has been recommended to friends, next time you come to the local priority lock this!

The hotel rooms are housed in a main building, about three or four stories high, and some three-story villas. The hotel is integrated with a cultural performance town. Unfortunately, the performances were suspended after September 10th due to the cold weather. In the evenings, a few shops were still open, and the lights were beautiful, with some hotel guests strolling around. To reach the main attractions, you need to drive or take the hotel shuttle. Parking is free, but breakfast was very crowded.

The location of the hotel is not bad. It takes only 10 minutes to walk to Wuye Temple. Because I arrived late after get off work, it was already early morning when I took the free bus to Dailuoding. The boss specially picked me up. The boss was also very nice and gave some route suggestions. The room was very clean, the bathroom was also very clean, and they also gave me a disposable toilet seat. It was still quite cold at night in this season. There was a heater in the room, so it was very warm when I came in. The hot water for washing hands and taking a bath was also very hot. I will stay here again next time.

Friends who drive to the inn can hardly get out in the morning. It is not recommended to park at the door of the inn. You can park in the parking lot below. The inn is surrounded by the village, which is not very convenient. The shower head in the room I stayed in was a lump and did not produce much water. The room was also relatively cold. The floor heating was adjusted to a very high temperature but it was still very cold. I checked in on October 15th. The overall hygiene was quite clean and tidy, but the efficiency of the front desk check-in was quite low. There was only one person waiting for a long time.

Starway Hotel (Wutai Mountain)

Last year, I booked a Starway Zen Room at Mount Wutai. This year, I booked a twin room at the Starway again. I specifically called to say it wasn't a Zen-style room, but who knew the window would be right above the bed, making it easy to hit my head when opening it inward. After checking in, we had a few minor incidents during our break, but the customer service staff handled them very well. They offered us a 98 yuan upgrade to a family room and helped with our luggage throughout the transfer. The hotel is in a great location. Facilities: Good Cleanliness: Good Environment: Good Service: Excellent 👍 It's above the standard of a five-star hotel. I'll definitely choose Starway again if I visit Mount Wutai again.

Location, in Wutai Mountain Scenic Area, about 2-3 kilometers from the center of Taihuai Town. There are many parking spaces, right at the door of the hotel, which is more convenient. The breakfast is average, simple Chinese food, no problem to eat full, but there are fewer varieties. Youtiao is more recommended. The room bathroom is not divided into dry and wet, and it is clean.

Stayed for the second time, the hotel is still close to Wuye Temple, about three or four minutes by car. The size of the room is OK. The service is also in place, that is, the shower room is too small. recommend
