"The overall hotel experience was excellent. The room was spotless, the bed was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good. The front desk staff were very friendly, and both check-in and check-out were quick. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety, including congee, noodles, pastries, and fruit, all fresh and delicious. The location is convenient, close to restaurants and shopping. The bathroom had stable hot water, and the facilities were complete and clean. It offers great value for money, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time."

"Our stay was excellent. First off, the service was incredibly attentive; they were available 24/7. We went to the May Day Night Market and got back late, but we could still call the front desk to put our fruit in the fridge for us. We also forgot a hair straightener and lotion, and the front desk thoughtfully sent a robot to deliver them to our room. Secondly, the hygiene was top-notch. My skin is quite sensitive and prone to allergies if the bedding isn't clean or the material is poor, but I slept very well and comfortably at this hotel. The only downside was that the TV didn't have a membership, and we couldn't cast from our phones or laptops (Apple), which meant we had to watch shows on our phones, which was a bit inconvenient."

Instead of relying on online hype or negative reviews, it's best to experience it yourself! So far, among the hotels I've stayed at in Yunnan (Kunming and Pu'er), the Lesser Panda Hotel is the best! Please don't compare these forest cabins to city star-rated hotels; the charm here is the rustic feel of being in nature. Cicadas by the window, spiders by the path – you get up close and personal with nature. The facilities might be a bit old, but they are very clean. The service, from the front desk to the customer service center, restaurant, and shuttle service, was excellent, especially the shuttle drivers and the butler! As for activities, the single route is well-planned with no backtracking, offering a variety of plants and close encounters with animals (though not many species, they are incredibly close!). At the Wetland Restaurant, you can even see birds strolling by your window. This is a rainforest-focused forest park, so for those comparing it to Chimelong with fewer animals, please remember this isn't a zoo! In short, when you're out traveling, try to be less critical and more immersed in the experience! Both adults and children had a great time! It's definitely worth staying a night!

It’s a great B&B. I recommend it to every friend. Even my children expressed their most heartfelt emotions. The only paragraph I wrote during this trip was placed on the bedside. I don’t know if the staff saw it. Thank you very much for upgrading our room type. Since there weren’t many people in the off-season, we were given a free upgrade. I’m very happy.
Room facilities:
It is very high-end. I stayed in two room types. I think it is not inferior to the configuration of a four-star or five-star hotel. The best thing is that there is a tea table in the room and it is so refreshing to drink your own tea in the room. And the most important decoration is home-like and retro, which makes it a good resting place after tiring travels. My children particularly like the duplex suite, and they don’t want to come out when they stay in it~
breakfast:
It is extremely rich and has Yunnan characteristics, such as rice noodles, apples and dates, and sticky porridge, etc.
My family’s favorite thing is that when we left on the last day, the B&B gave everyone a souvenir with Yunnan characteristics “a box of Pu’er”
Transportation and Parking:
Pu'er is not a big place, and it takes about ten minutes to get to Daijia Alley, Tea Horse Road, and Meizi Lake. Free parking is available on the first floor of the B&B, and there are plenty of parking spaces.
In the end, the only thing left for such a good B&B is to sincerely wish the owner a prosperous business.

The hotel is very big and beautiful, full of ethnic customs, the air in the mountains is very fresh, the hardware facilities are very good, and it is suitable for a family vacation.
The hotel's hot springs are really good and very comfortable to soak in.
It takes three hours to drive from Pu'er, which is a little far.
The only shortcoming is the hotel's service. Such a good resort deserves better service support. For example, you can introduce the layout of the hotel when checking in, otherwise it is a bit easy to get lost in such a large area. The hot spring area can be equipped with a place to sell drinks or provide drinking water. I couldn't find a sip of water in the hot spring area. There are also some small details. In fact, strengthening the training of service staff can bring a better experience to customers.

Not only are the opening hours of the gym and the heated swimming pool detailed, but the facilities in the room are full marks. The intelligent control panel can accurately adjust the air conditioning temperature and lighting mode. The bedside USB fast charging interface meets the charging needs of multiple devices. The shower water pressure is stable and the hot water is hot, with high-quality toiletries, and the experience is full. Pushing open the window is the hotel's homemade garden water view, green plants are scattered with the smart water system, and the morning view is particularly refreshing. There are also many places to eat nearby. This stay is really good, just like returning to your own home! The room is very carefully decorated, and every detail reveals care. The sheets are soft and comfortable, which gave me a great sleeping experience during the tiring journey. The service attitude of every staff member in the hotel is also super good. Not only did they welcome us warmly, but they also provided timely help when we needed it. Will come again!
