The environment is very good. I stayed for two nights. The customer service was very attentive. I played until 11 o'clock on the evening of the 4th and returned to the hotel. I wanted to ask if there was a washing machine. The customer service directly said to help me wash it in the washing machine and dry it in the clothes drying room. I just need to collect it the next morning. The service is very thoughtful. I also like the design style of the hotel. The linens are very comfortable. There are many choices of pillows, which is very humane. I will stay here again if I have the chance to come to Pu'er next time.

I was lucky to book this hotel during my trip to Pu'er. It was really great. I liked the decoration style, which was what I liked. The small courtyard was beautiful, and it was very comfortable to sit in the courtyard and daydream. The service was very humane, and the staff were very friendly. Because we don't eat pork, they made beef noodles for us the next day and helped the children to type out homework lists. The details were very well done. The Phalaenopsis was a real flower, the toilet paper was the same as the one used at home, the bath ball smelled good, and it felt like home. I was also attracted by the kettle... It's a pity that the vacation was too short. I really want to stay for a few more days. I will definitely come again

Stayed at Yuesu Shanlan Hotel for two nights and felt great. I can feel the boss's careful management and every service staff is dedicated and professional. The hotel is in a good location, close to Meizi Lake Park and the observation deck, and not far from the Tea Horse Road Night Market. It is very convenient to go everywhere and the accommodation is very quiet. The B&B itself is a check-in spot, and the design is very fashionable. After checking in, the room was upgraded, which was very considerate. I will come back to Pu'er again in the future, five-star praise!

It is worthy of being an internet celebrity hotel. It is located on a hillside, next to Meizi Lake Park, and the environment is very good. The butler will arrange pick-up and drop-off at the train station, and will remind you on WeChat every night to choose breakfast and evening dessert arrangements. In-house guests can get a 10% discount on coffee orders. What can be further improved is that the breakfast variety is a bit monotonous, with basically two types (rice noodle set and porridge set) to choose from in turn; the other is that the coffee and light meals that can be ordered at the front desk are often out of stock in the afternoon. Overall it's pretty good. The third-floor terrace has a lot of space to lie down and sit in a daze, and there's also a small gym.

Falling in love with a city because of a hotel. Fortunately, I chose Yuesu Shanlan by Meizi Lake. Every detail of the hotel is full of design, and I can experience the host's high taste in every aspect. What's rare is that all the staff I met were warm and hospitable. I went to the bar every night to chat with them and had a bowl of complimentary desserts, which was full of happiness. Compared to ordinary star-rated hotels, we feel more at home here with the warmth and comfort. Looking forward to having the opportunity to visit Pu'er again!
