"They offer a pick-up service from Longmen Station with a Lantu business car. The driver pre-arranged everything, but I proactively made a reservation, mainly for the pick-up. I thought it was pretty good. I booked it for around 300 RMB, and the twin dates package was quite a good deal. It had everything we needed. Location-wise, it's close to Longmen Grottoes, but a bit further from other places. However, if you take a taxi, Luoyang isn't that big, and a few dozen yuan will get you anywhere, so it's acceptable. We didn't explore the surrounding area much; we mostly just went to tourist spots. The service was very good. The cleaning staff were friendly and greeted us warmly. There were also plenty of bottled water bottles placed in the stairwells for guests to take as needed, which was a nice touch. There was also bottled water in the room, which was fine. They didn't charge a deposit for check-in. I considered upgrading to a kids' room, but the upgrade fee was too high. The price including breakfast was still good for kids. Even though the little ones didn't eat much at breakfast, they weren't charged. Their beef noodle soup, however, I absolutely have to recommend! It's in the noodle section and is very distinctive. We were on a tight schedule and didn't get to try many local delicacies, but their beef noodle soup made all of us eat at least three bowls. Even the kids who don't usually like it drank a lot. We all agreed it was incredibly authentic. The only minor drawback is that if they're going to offer afternoon tea, they should do it properly – make it a bit more refined and presentable. Otherwise, it's better not to offer it at all. The mini-bar also had some complimentary small drinks. Overall, the service was really good and suitable for families. There's a new business district nearby with an unfinished building, and across the street, there seems to be a shopping mall, so it's convenient for shopping. However, we usually left early and returned late, so we didn't do anything else besides dealing with taxi issues."

"Environment: Very good. The location is easy to find, near Yingtiangate, and it's easy to get a taxi. Facilities: They have robots and an elevator, which is great. We chose a two-bedroom, one-living room suite, and room 301 had a huge full-length mirror, which I loved. Service: We arrived at 2 PM and were told our booked room type wasn't ready, so they gave us a king-size room and said we could use it normally. The front desk staff spoke softly and gently, which was very kind. This will be my first choice next time I visit Luoyang!"

"This hotel offers excellent service. As soon as you enter the lobby, there's a play area with building blocks that kids love, and they also have their favorite bingsu. The cold drink robot delivery is fantastic – so thoughtful! They even provide children's toothbrushes and slippers. The room amenities are comprehensive, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. On the second floor, there are sodas that kids enjoy, which are also a specialty of Luoyang, as well as coffee. The laundry room is well-equipped with washing machines, dryers, and even a garment steamer. The service here is incredibly attentive."

"Loved the location, it’s within walking distance of several attractions and the metro, which makes it super convenient for travellers with luggage. The reception staff were also very helpful. They left my food delivery outside my room when I wasn’t back at the hotel yet, helped check on my parcel, and even offered to have the robot deliver it to my room. The downside was the soundproofing between rooms. I could clearly hear people chatting, using hair dryers, showering, and even coughing. Outside noise wasn’t much of an issue once I closed the window, though I stayed on weekdays, so I’m not sure if it gets noisier on weekends. This might not be a major issue, but the lift waiting area lights were always off, making the room floors feel quite dark and a little gloomy."

"I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Luoyang! It's located right at the intersection of Metro Lines 1 and 2, making it incredibly convenient for getting to attractions like Yingtiangate, Lijing Gate, Luoyi Ancient City, and even the high-speed rail station. The metro entrance is just 150 meters away, and it offers fantastic value for money. The cleanliness, service, and facilities are all top-notch. Plus, there's a shopping mall and food street right next door. It's definitely more convenient than staying near Yingtiangate or Luoyi Ancient City!"

"I chose this Lily Hotel specifically to see the night view of Luoyang, and its location is absolutely perfect! The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful, telling me the best times and routes to catch the light show at Yingtian Gate. Their service was meticulous and attentive. The room was clean and tidy, with excellent facilities. Check-in was seamless, and the staff were gentle and accommodating, always ready to help with any issues promptly. My stay was a perfect experience."
