"This review is from a Turkish speaking Tourist : Things I didn’t like : 1. The BUFFET is not worth it at all for a 5 Star Hotel = honestly it is very underwhelming, there aren’t many Turkish specialities and the desserts are truly just filled with SUGAR. The Coffee was extremely disappointing, it was essentially just hot water with a small coffee earthy aftertaste. Very disappointing for a country known for its strong coffee ! The snack bars have slushy machines that are never cleaned and don’t taste good at all. The ice-creams served in the hotel are essentially RUBBER. As a Turkish man myself, I was very shocked because our country is known for such amazing delicacies. The only great food night was Wednesday night called “TURKISH NIGHT” at the buffet, which they have every Wednesday. The rest of the week is simply generic food. 2. The staff “helping” customers book day trips and taxis is fully SCAMMING foreign customers = I asked this man to help me book a boat trip to SULUADA and he said it would cost me 60€/person. Not knowing that I was Turkish myself, he looked at my face and just wrote 60€ per person on a piece of paper and looked at me🤣 I then told him that i saw tickets on the KLOOK app at 25€ per person and he lied to me saying that I would have to pay at the boat a supplement. I tried leaving and he stopped me and said he could go down to 38€ per person 😂 so I bought the tickets on KLOOK and had an amazing day without any scams haha please don’t believe the prices from the man next to the reception. 3. The spa, the outdoor swimming pool and the fitness center all close at 8 pm. There is essentially nothing to do at the hotel after 8 😅 4. The Hotel clients is essentially made up of 90% RUSSIAN speakers haha I have never seen more Russians in my life, that’s not a truly bad thing just preparing you that the hotel really is trying to accommodate the Russian clientele as much as possible 😅 GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE HOTEL : 1. Maybe because I was a Turkish speaker = the staff (beside the lying salesman haha) was very kind, very much the Turkish warmth and inviting culture. Very much appreciated. 2. For alcohol drinkers, the bar is unlimited if you book the all inclusive pass. 3. The outdoor pool is nice. 4. The check in and checkout process is very simple, but could be also because I speak turkish. 5. There are a few little supermarkets if you want snacks like ice creams, also beautiful walking roads along the beach."

"This was my first all-inclusive experience, and it was enjoyable and comfortable with my two young children. I chose it based on Korean reviews, but it was half Russian and half Turkish guests... haha. I didn't see any Chinese or Japanese people. The kids' club, which runs from morning to night, was mostly attended by Russian children with Russian teachers. They did provide interpretation in English, so my kids participated well. I think not seeing many other Asians made us feel more at ease. Everyone was friendly, and the service was systematic. They responded and made improvements immediately when we made requests. The programs were diverse, and all the staff were proactive and energetic, which was great to see. The pool water quality was also well-maintained daily. However... glass cups are used on the sunbeds by the pool, and sometimes guests break them and don't clean them up properly. I saw several instances of broken glass during my 4-day stay. My child was swimming and touched the drain where people spit, getting cut. Suddenly, there was a lot of blood in the pool! It wasn't a deep cut, but seeing blood was startling. The infirmary was far, and I had to ask for directions multiple times to find it. Nevertheless, a kids' club teacher personally guided us, and my child received good treatment and was able to swim again starting the next day~ Just note that there aren't many Asian food options, and it might not suit everyone's palate. (We used ramen seasoning and gochujang.) Still, we ate well and heartily for our 3-night, 4-day stay~ And! They upgraded us to a family room because we had a child! Thanks to that, we rested comfortably."

"After our wedding, my husband and I were exhausted from the long flight and overnight bus travel. We were so touched and happy that the hotel upgraded our room and beautifully decorated our bedroom as a honeymoon service. Out of the three accommodations we stayed at in Turkey, this was the only one that decorated for our honeymoon. The staff were also very friendly. The all-inclusive package was absolutely worth every penny. However, the massages are expensive and not really worth the price. I had two massages, and the second one felt like an even bigger waste of money. The Hammam, in particular, isn't really worth getting. You could get a much higher quality and longer massage for the same price at a Korean bathhouse or a different massage parlor. Also, it was disappointing that they always cut the massage short by 5 minutes, especially considering it wasn't cheap. Aside from that, everything else was great! There are smoking areas scattered throughout, which is great for smokers but might be a bit uncomfortable for non-smokers."

"We stayed at this hotel last year, also in mid-November. Back then, we had mixed feelings about the hotel. This year, everything was much better. The outdoor pool was well-heated. The restaurant's food selection has expanded, and the taste has improved. Unlike last year, tablecloths and cloth napkins have been installed in all dining areas. The service has also improved – the staff is friendlier and better at their jobs, in my opinion. Since the weather was fine all week, we spent the days by the sea. The pier was dismantled only on November 17th. The beach restaurant, which serves à la carte meals, changed its menu that same day – a big plus, it offers more variety. Gözleme and delicious Turkish flatbreads were baked in the gazebo on the way to the beach. The fridge next to the beach bar was always stocked with bottled water (still and sparkling), as well as ayran in cups. Delicious Turkish ice cream and waffles were available in the pavilion next to the towel pickup and exchange station. A packaged fruit ice cream in the fridge at the beach restaurant. There are still plenty of cats around the area, but this year they're clean and well-fed. They still occasionally sneak into the restaurants and beg for a tasty treat, but much less often than before. We didn't see the evening shows, but I believe there was live music outside in the evenings. During the day, the entertainers organized boccia, archery, water aerobics, and darts. The rooms were cleaned well, and the minibar was regularly restocked (water, soft drinks, beer, and straws). Overall, our vacation was very good, and we're pleased with the hotel this time."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Absolutely Perfect Stay! We had an amazing all-inclusive experience and were extremely satisfied with everything. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was perfectly organized and thoughtfully designed. We even had private access to a heated pool directly from our room, which made our stay feel extra special and luxurious. The hotel truly has everything – activities for children and teenagers, great sports facilities (both indoor and outdoor), spa area with saunas and Turkish bath, professional massages, and food and drinks available 24/7. The variety and quality exceeded our expectations. Nothing is missing here. Everything is well planned, clean, comfortable, and designed for a perfect vacation. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would happily return ourselves!"

"The hotel grounds were very nice, and my room was comfortable and a good size, with a balcony. I found the bathroom a bit small, but it was clean and perfectly adequate for me. However, I must criticize the service in the restaurant. The food tasted good, and there was a good selection. What I didn't like, though, was that the waitstaff barely paid attention to the guests. Either I wasn't asked what I wanted to drink at all, or when I finally had something to drink and wanted to get a second plate, my glass, even though it was still full, had already been cleared away. The service managers were also frequently busy with their cell phones instead of paying attention to the guests. They certainly didn't give a friendly or motivated impression. Why a receptionist was standing in front of the restaurant, even though she neither greeted me nor asked for my room number, remained a mystery to me. In short: good hotel, good food, but service with surprisingly little interest in guests. 🥂"

"Good hotel, but not for a beach holiday!!! Gorgeous lobby and reception area!!! Great food and service!!! Absolutely not thought out territory, everything is very uncomfortable, bad pools and areas next to them, very bad mattresses and pillows, poor soundproofing of the rooms!!! You can only go here as a business hotel for 1-3 days!!! For the third day, we ask you to make us play a volleyball court, but only promises, everyone has already been crippled on it !!! I do not recommend this hotel for a beach holiday!"
