"This review is from a Turkish speaking Tourist : Things I didn’t like : 1. The BUFFET is not worth it at all for a 5 Star Hotel = honestly it is very underwhelming, there aren’t many Turkish specialities and the desserts are truly just filled with SUGAR. The Coffee was extremely disappointing, it was essentially just hot water with a small coffee earthy aftertaste. Very disappointing for a country known for its strong coffee ! The snack bars have slushy machines that are never cleaned and don’t taste good at all. The ice-creams served in the hotel are essentially RUBBER. As a Turkish man myself, I was very shocked because our country is known for such amazing delicacies. The only great food night was Wednesday night called “TURKISH NIGHT” at the buffet, which they have every Wednesday. The rest of the week is simply generic food. 2. The staff “helping” customers book day trips and taxis is fully SCAMMING foreign customers = I asked this man to help me book a boat trip to SULUADA and he said it would cost me 60€/person. Not knowing that I was Turkish myself, he looked at my face and just wrote 60€ per person on a piece of paper and looked at me🤣 I then told him that i saw tickets on the KLOOK app at 25€ per person and he lied to me saying that I would have to pay at the boat a supplement. I tried leaving and he stopped me and said he could go down to 38€ per person 😂 so I bought the tickets on KLOOK and had an amazing day without any scams haha please don’t believe the prices from the man next to the reception. 3. The spa, the outdoor swimming pool and the fitness center all close at 8 pm. There is essentially nothing to do at the hotel after 8 😅 4. The Hotel clients is essentially made up of 90% RUSSIAN speakers haha I have never seen more Russians in my life, that’s not a truly bad thing just preparing you that the hotel really is trying to accommodate the Russian clientele as much as possible 😅 GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE HOTEL : 1. Maybe because I was a Turkish speaker = the staff (beside the lying salesman haha) was very kind, very much the Turkish warmth and inviting culture. Very much appreciated. 2. For alcohol drinkers, the bar is unlimited if you book the all inclusive pass. 3. The outdoor pool is nice. 4. The check in and checkout process is very simple, but could be also because I speak turkish. 5. There are a few little supermarkets if you want snacks like ice creams, also beautiful walking roads along the beach."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Absolutely Perfect Stay! We had an amazing all-inclusive experience and were extremely satisfied with everything. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was perfectly organized and thoughtfully designed. We even had private access to a heated pool directly from our room, which made our stay feel extra special and luxurious. The hotel truly has everything – activities for children and teenagers, great sports facilities (both indoor and outdoor), spa area with saunas and Turkish bath, professional massages, and food and drinks available 24/7. The variety and quality exceeded our expectations. Nothing is missing here. Everything is well planned, clean, comfortable, and designed for a perfect vacation. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would happily return ourselves!"

"The hotel has very good food, amazing drinks, and the staff were excellent and always helpful. I would give 5 stars for the food, drinks, and service. The hotel area and pools also look nice during the day. Unfortunately, there were some serious issues during our stay. During the night, the hallway near our room was full of insects that looked similar to ants. Also, from around 22:00 until even 03:00, there were construction works happening nearby. The vibrations and noise were extremely strong — everything in the room was shaking, making it very difficult to sleep. It also looked like the works would continue for a long time. Another disappointing thing was that the swimming pools close after 19:00, which is very early for a resort hotel, especially in warm weather. Because of that, I would only give 1 star for the pool availability"

"We have stayed at this hotel for 5 consecutive years and everything has been perfect. It will be our first choice again next year. The staff communication, the food, the room comfort, etc. are exceptionally good."

"The hotel grounds were very nice, and my room was comfortable and a good size, with a balcony. I found the bathroom a bit small, but it was clean and perfectly adequate for me. However, I must criticize the service in the restaurant. The food tasted good, and there was a good selection. What I didn't like, though, was that the waitstaff barely paid attention to the guests. Either I wasn't asked what I wanted to drink at all, or when I finally had something to drink and wanted to get a second plate, my glass, even though it was still full, had already been cleared away. The service managers were also frequently busy with their cell phones instead of paying attention to the guests. They certainly didn't give a friendly or motivated impression. Why a receptionist was standing in front of the restaurant, even though she neither greeted me nor asked for my room number, remained a mystery to me. In short: good hotel, good food, but service with surprisingly little interest in guests. 🥂"

"Great hotel, I will most likely come back when it's hotter. The pool water was too cold for me. My kids loved the kids club, they had lots of activities like face painting, t-shirt making & pizza making. I was unaware that the sauna and steam room in the spa were free of charge. What I didn't like there was always a 15min queue for Starbucks, getting used to the times facilities open and close was pretty annoying, there are 8 or 9 different opening/closing times. The food needs more seasoning; there's a lot of choice, but it's bland. The Wet ' N Wild area has the best food."

"Excellent resort hotel, located in a perfect location on lara beach, you can feel the warmth and professionalism of the staff from the moment you enter. Most of the people who come here are white, including family travelers, team building, and people who meet in the elevator or on the beach are friendly and usually gives you a ”hello”. There are fewer Asian faces, and I guess Asians may all take ”life photos” in Cappadocia, haha. Some of the facilities in the room are a bit outdated, but they do not affect usability at all. Choosing a sea view room allows you to see the snow mountains, the ocean, and the sunset just standing at the balcony. The hotel's restaurant, bar, and café are also available almost all day long, and sometimes I don't even want to leave the hotel. Next time I visit Antalya, I will definitely stay here for a few more days!"
