"1. **Check-in** We were greeted with welcome drinks, and all the services available during our stay were thoroughly explained. After check-in, we were taken to our room by golf cart. 2. **Location** There's not much around, but they offer scooter rentals and a shuttle bus service. The shuttle bus goes to two night market areas, but it doesn't run very frequently. It was convenient for tours as the pier for ferries to Koh Tao was only about a 10-minute drive away. 3. **Room** The room was very clean and spacious, and the ocean view was absolutely stunning. The desk, closet, vanity, and refrigerator were all generously sized, making our stay completely stress-free. 4. **Bathroom** The bathroom was very clean, with excellent water pressure and temperature. Having two showerheads was very convenient, allowing two people to shower simultaneously. Amenities were also readily available by requesting them at the front desk. 5. **Facilities & Services** The hotel offers so many facilities and services that we couldn't even use them all during our stay. The gym was impressive for a hotel gym, equipped with 30kg dumbbells, a Smith machine, and 25kg/20kg plates, making it suitable for serious workouts. We had breakfast at the restaurant, which was an à la carte buffet, and every dish was delicious. We also dined there one evening; the food was excellent, and the prices were comparable to restaurants in town. The pool was under renovation for most of our stay, so we only got to use it on the last day, but it was a beautiful pool with a great atmosphere. 6. **Other** All the staff members were kind and attentive, and it felt like they effectively shared guest information among themselves. I fell ill during my stay and felt bad for inconveniencing the hotel, but the next day, every staff member I encountered asked if I was okay. I was extremely satisfied with both the facilities and services, and I would definitely love to stay here again if I visit Koh Samui in the future. I would confidently recommend this hotel to anyone I know visiting Koh Samui. The only minor drawback I could mention is the significant elevation changes within the property, which might be a bit inconvenient for those with mobility issues."

"The room was very spacious and clean, with a large balcony. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a bottle of chilled sparkling wine and dessert. The front desk staff spoke Chinese and were exceptionally friendly every month. When cleaning the room, they even replaced the ice in the ice bucket. Every afternoon, small snacks were delivered. One day, I returned to a cleaned room, but I had messed up the bed. During the short time I went out for dinner, the staff who delivered snacks also tidied up the room again and re-made the bed – fantastic! The views at Silavadee Resort are truly amazing, and the pool water is exceptionally clean. As soon as we got to the pool, staff immediately brought us iced lemonade, which was a lovely touch. The hotel breakfast was fantastic, offering both Western buffet and a la carte options, and everything tasted delicious. I especially loved the a la carte lobster rolls and fried rice; the lobster rolls had large chunks of lobster meat, and I easily had at least two every day, haha. All drinks were made to order, including various coffees, teas, and other beverages. Of course, there were also fresh juices at the buffet. The only minor drawback is that it's a bit far from the main road, but everything else was perfect. Our child had a great time and said they want to stay at Silavadee again next time we visit Koh Samui."

"A Peaceful Haven with Truly 5-Star Service Our stay at Garrya Tongsai Bay Samui was simply unforgettable. This hotel is a true haven of peace where everything is designed for comfort, relaxation, and well-being. We stayed in a suite close to the sea, a charming little duplex with a beautiful terrace overlooking the ocean, and an outdoor bathtub that made every bath a memorable moment while admiring the surrounding nature. What truly makes this place special is the kindness of the staff. It was the first time in a hotel that I arrived at breakfast and the team already knew my name! Everyone is genuinely caring, always smiling, and ready to help. The breakfast itself is an institution. The food is incredibly fresh and of outstanding quality. My personal favorite was the fresh mango juice every morning … absolutely delicious! To conclude: if you are visiting Ko Samui and looking for a true 5-star experience with exceptional service and attention to detail, you are more than welcome at Garrya Tongsai Bay Samui."

"We extended our stay at the hotel because we liked it so much! We booked a different room category and approached the reception the day before, showed them the new booking, and asked if we could switch rooms immediately, without waiting for the 3 PM check-in. I've already mentioned how lovely the staff are here! They arranged for us to check out and move into the new room simultaneously, and even upgraded our room category! In the morning after breakfast, they were already waiting for us and transferred us to the new room by buggy. A huge thank you! The 'Boat' room category is the closest to the sea. It's cozy, with a veranda and a sofa, and gets a nice breeze. In the evening, it's very comfortable and not hot; we sat outside late into the evening! I've described everything else already. Oh, and today, June 22nd, the beach restaurant reopened after renovations."

"The hotel is just a few meters away from the beach. We had the balcony with no sea view and still got to see the ocean. It was beautiful would definitely stay here again. Although I would recommend to air out the room first as we dealt with humidity smell for the first two nights."

"The hotel's location is a bit average; the nearest 7-Eleven is a 15-minute walk away. However, the beach right in front of the hotel is fantastic, with shallow waters and a small island. You can also use the hotel's paddleboards and kayaks for free. This time, I booked a pool suite, but both the pool and the room were a bit small, and the room felt a bit dark. The hotel's breakfast is excellent and definitely worth trying. Overall, the staff are quite friendly and provide good service."

"after having had a disappointing stay in Amari Koh Samui, we were so glad to have moved to hyatt. we stay there for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. from the moment we arrived, the customer service was amazing. The front desk and the concierge were amazing. love the lobby, it's open space overlooking the sea. we arrived early so we had lunch first but they pretty quickly had our room ready and our luggages were already sent to the room even without me telling them. amazing! we upgraded from a partial sea view to a full sea view room and no regrets. my baby loved the room so much, running around and looking at the view. we loved the room instantly, very clean, spacious, and great view. Kids friendly, i love how they have couple of selections for kids menu and not just fried stuffs and pasta. the staffs are all friendly with the kids as well they totally engage with the children. Their kids club is big and they have activities everyday and the whole day. They do have kids pool side as well with slide and a small outdoor play ground area. it has a grassy area where you can play and run around with your kids. the only downside for us, not much options for breakfast and not really a beachfront where you can swim freely nor can you have a long seaside walk. cant build sandcastle as well. my baby loves to play with sand. when you read about hyatt beach being rocky and not sandy white, they do mean there are huge rocks on both sides. see my photo for better understanding. they do have live ban and firework show in the evening at Sesun restaurant. overall it didnt matter to us, we went to relax, stayed in the resort and relaxed and that's what we got and felt relaxed the entire stay. HIGHLY recommend staying here and when we head back down to koh samui we will surely stay in Hyatt again."

"Comfortable, clean, and pleasantly surprised. This is my third time in Koh Samui, and I have stayed in several of the most popular hotels. This time I want to change to some new hotels. This time I booked a seaside homestay for the first three nights, and stayed here for the last night. Because there are three children in the family, we need two rooms, and this two-bedroom and one-living room is just right. The whole design of the room is very comfortable, the details are especially clean, and the living room and dining table facing the beautiful scenery are really pleasing to the eye. The key is that the price-performance ratio is super high at more than 2,000 a night👍👍👍"

"This hotel is simply magnificent, and the service is beyond excellent; you truly feel like a valued guest. During our week-long stay, the hotel kindly offered us one complimentary lunch and one dinner, which was a very pleasant surprise. Both the beach restaurants and Saffron offer wonderful dining experiences. Breakfasts were also thoroughly enjoyable, with champagne and Bloody Marys available. There were always little presentations happening, a small touch but much appreciated. The beach itself is superb: clean, warm water with no waves. We enjoyed snorkeling, paddleboarding, and kayaking. The beach service was outstanding, with constant provisions of water, ice, and chilled towels. Cars were always at our villa within 3 minutes, so we never had to wait. We will definitely return next time, but we'll opt for a sea-view villa. The views from there are simply incredible."

"We stayed at this resort for 6 nights. The price was very affordable, and based on the photos online, the resort looked really beautiful. However, in reality, it doesn’t look the same. The outdoor areas are very dirty and poorly maintained. It seems like they are not cleaned or looked after regularly. On the other hand, the rooms themselves are very clean and nicely furnished. At first, we stayed in a standard room where only the bed was inside a closed room, while the shower and toilet were located outdoors. If you’re afraid of animals or insects, this can be quite unpleasant. Especially at night and after it rains, there are frogs, lizards, and various insects in the shower and toilet. The next day, we informed the reception about this. They kindly upgraded us to a Deluxe Room free of charge, where the shower and toilet were also inside the enclosed room. We really appreciated this gesture. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They always did their best to accommodate our requests and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location is not ideal, as the resort is about a 15-minute drive from Chaweng Beach. Every taxi ride costs around 400 THB, and the nearest 7-Eleven is about 1 km away."
