Pullman Properties in Phuket

Overall positive review. The public areas are huge, and the environment is great with lush vegetation and small animals. The pool is beautiful, and you can access the sea directly from the back door. However, the sea view suite I booked was in building D, not a beachfront property, and it was a bit old. My room key failed twice. Also, there's no Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk.

Everything is good, the atmosphere is great, clean, nice garden and friendly staffs, the Italian restaurant is fantastic!! only one thing can't make me back is the swimming pool is too dangerous, especially they have 2 pools but one is only for 18+ then only one can bring kids, but the point is no matter is the age, the pool should not have over few hundreds broken tiles, it's absolutely not acceptable, I wish they can repair the swimming pool so we will definitely visit again.

In a very quiet area of Phuket away from the crowds. Location is ideal for a relaxed holiday in paradise. The pool beach and restaurants are all great. A limited number of options outside the hotel to eat at if you want and additional time needed to travel to do activities outside of the hotel. Otherwise all fantastic activities, food and facilities available in the hotel
