Eco-Resort Vibe at its Best The hotel spans a huge area with an incredibly natural tropical garden design. Peacocks and pheasants roam freely, and you can hear birds chirping morning and evening, making it feel like you're staying in a natural botanical garden. There are numerous pools (one for every two buildings), and the water quality is clear (even with fallen leaves, it's generally clean). In the evenings, a DJ spins tunes by the pool, and with the sea breeze and sunset, the atmosphere is just perfect. Excellent Location Direct access to Karon Beach! It's just a 5-minute walk from the lobby to the beach, which is quiet with fewer people, mostly Western tourists. There are 7-Eleven convenience stores on both sides of the back entrance (a 10-minute walk). To the right, you'll find the popular ice cream shop Sweet Talk and the massage parlor Let's Relax, making daily life very convenient. Attentive Service Details Upon check-in, the front desk provides a map and detailed information about the facilities. Luggage is delivered directly to your room, and some staff even take off their shoes before entering, showing great enthusiasm. The complimentary shuttle service within the hotel grounds is on-call, solving any transportation issues within the large property.

We arrived at the hotel at 1:30 p.m., but they didn’t provide us with a room until 2:45 p.m. I believe they could have given us the room earlier, as we witnessed numerous people waiting for their turn. Additionally, I think they should be more proactive in accommodating guests who need their rooms sooner. They almost gave us the room at 3 p.m.

A Wonderful Stay at Pullman Phuket Panwa 🌴🌊 I recently had the chance to stay at Pullman Phuket Panwa for 4 days and 3 nights, and it was truly impressive in every way. If you’re looking for privacy, relaxation, and warm hospitality, this is one of the best places to stay in Phuket. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome. Special thanks to K. Micky at reception, who gave excellent recommendations, and to K. Fah, the yoga instructor who led open-air yoga sessions every morning with a stunning sea view and fresh breeze. The life service team also helped me enjoy activities like kayaking and paddle boarding, while every staff member I met was professional, attentive, and always willing to help. The room met the high Pullman standard — spacious, spotless, and very well-maintained. The housekeeping team did a wonderful job keeping the room clean and fresh every day. I loved the separated bathroom and shower areas, the thoughtful layout, the work desk, and the private balcony for relaxation. Everything was very comfortable and convenient. The view here is incredible. Since the hotel has its own private beach, it’s peaceful and not crowded. I woke up to beautiful sunrises over the white sand and could easily walk into the sea, go kayaking, or paddle boarding. During high tide, you can swim right at the beach, and when the tide is low, it’s perfect for a peaceful walk while watching the crabs and enjoying the sea breeze. For swimming, the resort also has a nice pool that opens early in the morning. And just a 5-minute walk away, you can reach Panwa Beach Viewpoint or even visit the Phuket Aquarium nearby. The hotel offers many activities: shuttle buses to Phuket Town on two routes, outdoor beach activities, and even a movie night for kids. The property itself is beautifully decorated, with attention to detail in every corner. Breakfast was excellent too — a wide selection, tasty dishes, and great value. Overall, this was one of the most refreshing and recharging stays I’ve ever had. Whether you’re traveling solo, with family, or with friends, Pullman Phuket Panwa is a perfect choice. 💙 Highly recommended!
