Pullman Properties in Phuket

When I checked into the Pullman Phuket, I booked a sea-view king room. I'd requested a high-floor, sea-view room in advance and reiterated it upon arrival. Initially, I was given a room on the 6th floor where the balcony was completely obscured by trees, blocking the sea view. I immediately went back to the front desk to request a change. After confirming availability, the staff personally showed me another room, and I successfully moved to a high-floor, sea-view room with a fantastic view. The whole process was very smooth. Check-in Tips: • A 4000 THB deposit is required upon check-in. Any on-site consumption will be deducted from this deposit upon check-out, with the remainder refunded or additional charges collected. • The high-floor balconies offer panoramic views of the entire Andaman Sea. The beach is just across the street, a short walk away. • The hotel grounds have peacocks and free-range chickens. • Breakfast is extensive, with two dining areas and a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. • You can also book a Thai SPA with the front desk. ⚠️ Important Reminder: When booking, make sure to check if it's for 'one person' or 'two people' as the room rate is charged per person. If you have a visitor, the front desk will notify you by phone, and you'll need to go downstairs to meet them.

You need a shuttle car to get around, which is pretty fast but a bit of a hassle. The bathroom in the room was too slippery; there was no mat in the shower, making it very slick. The cleaning staff were very careless. The restaurant service was decent. However, the restaurant prices were double those of the places outside. It's convenient to walk to the beach in 5 minutes. The pool is nice.

I had such a wonderful stay at Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm smiles and attentive service. The resort itself is tucked away in a peaceful part of Cape Panwa, which was perfect for me since I wanted to relax away from the busy tourist spots.
