Radisson Hotels in Phuket

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Our daughter loved the pool and loved playing in the 'Kids World'. The facilities are excellent, for example there is a good-sized gym with plenty of equipment, and a restaurant with lots of choice. The breakfast is delicious. I would strongly recommend this hotel. It is also only a short walk away from the beach. In the interest of balance, I would just like to mention a few things that could be improved upon. 1. The room did not look like the advertisement photos on the booking website. The staff were very helpful and added some things to make it a closer resemblance. However, the photo of the one bedroom family suite shows lots of toys and extra items in the room that are in fact not included. There is a bunk bed and a kids tent. 2. The local area is quite expensive. Due to there being no 7 eleven nearby and the northern part of Kamala being quite relaxed, the prices of things in the local shops are pretty high. I would advise to get a ride to the nearest 7 eleven as soon as you arrive and stock up on supplies! These 2 things are small in comparison to the great things this hotel has to offer. We had an amazing time. We want to thank the staff for a lovely holiday!
