"+ + + the hotel staff is very friendly. This is one of the best aspects of the hotel. The quality of room cleaning is 4 out of 5. In the last two days of our stay, the room was cleaned at around 4 pm, which is not convenient. The hotel grounds are well-groomed, but the water bodies need improvement. The breakfast is normal but without much variation from day to day. You can punish things for chips, but only 2 per day. This is a nice bonus, although it is not very convenient to wash two things at a time and resent someone else's things being washed first. We were on vacation as a family.
- - - the hotel is located in an undeveloped area. The big minus is garbage. As soon as you leave the hotel, garbage is everywhere. The same problem is on the hotel beach. The hotel employees systematically clean the area of the hotel beach, but the dirt and garbage that is immediately outside the hotel still ends up on the beach and in the water. The hotel administration should solve the causes of this problem, and not just deal with its consequences, which do not stop. That's why I give 2 out of 5 for cleanliness. Cleanliness in the hotel - dirt on the sea. But guests go to the sea first of all! There are swimming pools and clean rooms all over the world. The sea and the beach are the main thing! Another minus is that there are no entertainments and activities in the hotel. The only entertainment was the New Year's show, which made a positive impression, we were lucky that we caught it, because we left the hotel on January 29. All other days - no entertainment. There is no transfer to the city. Despite the fact that there is nothing to entertain in the hotel, the issue of a free transfer to the nearest city has not been resolved. You have to get there yourself by bus (which is very inconvenient) or by taxi, which is relatively expensive. The minibar in the rooms is paid, water is free. If you bring a bottle of water from the room to the restaurant, they will count it and ask you to pay at the restaurant price. Also, if you buy a drink outside the hotel (in the hotel restaurant the price is three times more expensive than in the shop across the street), you will also be asked to pay for it. Such unpleasant trifles and attitude towards guests spoils the whole impression of the hotel. In general, we can conclude that the hotel administration should not only train the staff, who work very conscientiously and are very friendly, but also pay attention to management and solving pollution problems, active recreation and review the pricing policy considering the location of the hotel. I do not plan to return. Thanks to the service staff!"

"This isn’t my first time at the resort, but every visit feels special, thanks to the warm welcome from the caring manager, Thuy, and the ever-friendly receptionist, Phu. Their hospitality truly sets the tone for a relaxing stay.
The resort itself is always spot-on clean and maintains its rooms like new. The attention to detail is impressive, from the refreshing drinks provided at the pool area to the delightful chocolates and good night notes left every evening.
It's a peaceful, serene spot to unwind and take a break, just a couple of hours from Sai Gon. The food and service are consistently excellent, making every visit enjoyable.
Whether you're looking for a place to relax or simply chill, this resort is highly recommended!"

"very very big resort with houses, clean and well looked after, nice and friendly reception
room: clean, we had a wonderful view to the sea, big and enough space
breakfast: good selection of products and dishes, lots of people but enough space, no alternative to cow milk (for me a must have in such a big resort), unfortunately bad english if you asked for something
fittings: big resort but no shop, you can’t buy anything, you have to go to the restaurants (price for ice cream 80.000, definitely to much for one scoop), buggy drivers take you around, that works perfectly
pools are super nice, stunning view
gym: definitely not the same like you can see on the pictures, very good equipment with high quality, unfortunately it’s split into three houses and the rooms look like they are under construction (interim solution..!?)
restaurant: we have been to the italien restaurant, pizza okay but they coffee there is quite bad
neighbourhood: no beach next to the resort, not a big selection of restaurants, you definitely a taxi!"

"Wow! This place was amazing, right next to the beach. I could ocean from my room balcony. I absolutely loved the swimming pool bar, cocktails were awesome, need to try their Mojito it was so herbal alcoholic fresh. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet food was exceptionally good. You can conveniently book tours at the reception. The layout and design of the resort was creative and beautiful with a mixture of culture. You could explore the resort for a days and not get bored. They have their own convenient store on the premises. The markets is not to far away and I found that Taxi and grab drivers tend to camp out the front waiting for customers so it was easy and fast to book one. An Unforgettable stay. We are definitely going be staying here again in future"

"The room was clean. But reception lady took our passports and kept with the hotel until we checked out. Maybe it is hotel’s policy but passport is like ID card for foreign travelers. I think we should be able to keep it with ourselves ALL THE TIME.
Also the wifi was bad maybe my room was out of range . So please avoid rooms on 3rd floor"

"The impact of Corona in August 2022 was the off-season, with most shops closed, Muine was generally quiet and restaurants and shops closed, making it like a ghost town. If you move a little, there is a shop that sometimes opens the door.
The staff working at night at the resort reception show social kindness but they don't really get to it.
The pool is pretty. There is a pool between 0.7-1.5m and the pool is long so it is so good to swim.
Cleanliness is the worst. I see a mouse dung in the window. The mouse lives hard. As soon as the door opened, two lizards welcomed us. I traveled afterwards and saw a lot of lizards, but it seems to be just a lot in Vietnam. But .. Shocking. cockroaches come out.. The facilities are old but well maintained."

GGuest UserBefore I start. Let’s be clear, Apec Mandala Mui Ne is the main one that owns the buildings. However a bunch of “Condotels” use the Mandala name so “Mandala Breeze” is one of them.
The communication is spot on before the trip. If you use Zalo they message you there and tell you the things you need to know. Also throughout the trip, extremely responsive to any questions I had.
CHECK-IN
Messaged when arrived and a girl came with the key cards (not the typical check-in style). She showed us to the room and took pictures of our passports. Also, they needed to keep one of the passports for some reason. But got it back at the end.
FOOD:
The Mandala Bay restaurant was for sure the main one for decent food! There are “lower level” kinds of restaurants around that offer very affordable and yummy food. (Bay Restaurant would be about 1-1.5M VND per meal on average for family of 3-4. Whereas the other more affordable places cost about 500k VND totally).
AMENITIES:
Swimming pools to the max. Very nicely kept pools and a nice kids playing mini water park was great. All pools have kids pools connected so it’s very family oriented.
Didn’t get to check the gym out but looks good.
The beach is easily accessible via exiting the hotel and asking the guard to send the golf cart to take you down.
Beach is standard and nothing very special. Quite a lot of rubbish around and many crabs (which of course don’t need to worry about as they go down into their holes with any kind of movement from us.)
Beach water is a little clear and at this time of the year (May) the water is warm!
*Notable* - people were getting stung by what possibly are jelly fish. So, you just get lucky with that kind of thing.
KIDS ACTIVITIES:
They have a great kids play club. It costs extra and isn’t included in the hotel cost but it’s worth it. Unfortunately quite hot in there though!
Kids also have the water park for themselves and the water slide (although the slide might rip your swimsuit a little!)
*Notable* - Swimming Pools. If you are staying via one of the condotels then make sure the if your room includes the swimming pools, take the main key card pocket as you won’t be able to get towels to use or even use the pool as that is the part of the actual date you will check-out. The cards themselves have old dates and the lifeguards get confused and say you can’t use the pools so make sure you take the one that has the actual check-out date on it.
CHECK-OUT:
Simply message 30 minutes before the time and it will be ok. Very simple.
All in all it was a great time. A couple of miscommunication issues but that’s to be expected. No real need to go out of the complex as they have everything there.

XXiaoPabloAnantara is a small piece of paradise in MuiNe. The hotel resort is well prepared to take tourists from all over the world, relaxing is a must. As soon as you arrive while waiting you are welcome with a relaxing massage and wonderful staff helps you around.
If you are visiting MuiNe, Anantara is the right place for you, wonderful breakfast options, clean beach and warm cozy rooms.
Special thanks to the detailed service from Ms. Thao deputy GM, Ms. Dung that took care of our room, Ms Huyen that helped us before arriving and each person from the hotel that always greeted us with a smile and a helping hand.

GGuest User1️⃣The swimming pool is really beautiful👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻It's suitable for ladies to check in and take photos📸, and there are several of them. But if you want to go in the water recently, remember to choose the afternoon when the sun is strong. It's still a bit cold now.
2️⃣The price-performance ratio is really high. The room is quite large and you can see the sea view from the window. It's very beautiful.
3️⃣I haven't been to the restaurant for food, because the chicken wing rice downstairs is so delicious that I ate it for 3 consecutive days hahahahaha
❗❗❗The point is that the service is really good. When I went there, there was a butler to receive me. If there were any problems, they would help solve them. When I left, they helped me book a car and took me to wait for the car. The service was really good. It is very suitable for friends who have little experience in going abroad to choose this hotel. Come here to lie down for a few days and enjoy the journey of lying on the beach and basking in the sun😝😝😝

GGuest UserNice enough bit a bit run down. No hot water and when I did run the shower a tap under the sink started leaking water all over the floor. The swimming pool was heated as well which is a bit weird given how hot Vietnam is... so no cooling off in the pool after a long day riding the motorcycle. Nice enough for a one night pit stop but you'rld be disappointed if you booked for longer.

JJohnny197480% of the guests are Russian couples on a package tour. The guy at the reception demanded my passport ”as deposit” - the practice, I never met with anywhere before! He was insisting on that demand being a normal practice and showed me stocks of Russian passports. Finally gave him VND 500000 deposit instead (returned at check-out). The room was spacious, but bathroom very small. Bad smell inside. AC worked ok. The water pressure was low, the hot water below body's temperature. The plumber came and through google translation said it was ”because of high consumption”. But the pressure and temperature never became normal throughout my stay, even late at night. The plumber was reluctant to go for some 5 minutes more after this verdict as if he expected tips for his service! Breakfast (included) was good. For lunch and dinner the best quality per price was the restaurant in front of this hotel across the road; many other eateries nearby were much worse. The beach is just OK for Muine, as there you can not swim due to the waves. Overall hotel is absolutely not worth the money paid.

MM.RomanchikБольшой отельный комплекс с бассейнами, сауной, хаммамом и своей инфраструктурой в виде кафе, магазинов и кофеен. Очень удобно. Цены чуть выше, чем в самом Муйне, но не критично. Есть свой пляж с лежаками. Комплекс расположен на возвышенности, непосредственно до ресепшена можно подняться на эскалаторе или возит электрокар. Есть собственный пляж. До центра Муйне примерно 20 км. Без байка не удобно. С байком запаривает кататься туда) Мы 5 дней проживали. Сам номер и комплекс нам очень понравился. Уборка ежедневная, посещение сауны входило в стоимость и бассейнов тоже. Красивый вид. Удобно спать и не слышно соседей. Отдохнули хорошо! Единственное, при бронировании было указано, что есть мини кухня, но по факту плитка не работала. Приготовить минимальный завтрак не получилось. Но для нас это было не критично, мы не обращались по этому поводу к персоналу.
