Pet Friendly Hotels in Koh Samui

I had an incredible 2-night stay at Best World Vision Villa in Koh Samui. The hospitality was superb from start to finish. The view from the villa was breathtaking, and the pool was sparkling clean. The rooms were beautifully done up and very comfortable. One highlight was the BBQ seafood dinner we requested. It was prepared with a classy table setting and featured more than 8 delicious dishes, just for the two of us. The whole team was exceptional, with Mr. Joey and Seyha coordinating our stay flawlessly. I highly recommend booking their villa’s driver, as he is very experienced with the challenging mountain roads. Driving there can be quite dangerous for someone unfamiliar with the area. For convenience, you can also order Grab food delivery, but be mindful to do so when it’s not raining, as the steep roads can be slippery for the riders. They also have an in-villa dining menu, which offers excellent service and delicious options. Despite being very affordable, this villa provides the best views and an outstanding overall experience. I can’t wait to return!

I stayed one night at IDA B DOMAIN and the experience was truly unforgettable. We stayed in the Junior Suite, but it already felt like a presidential suite. The room was incredibly spacious and luxurious, with a big hot tub that was super comfortable for two people to soak in and relax together. We informed the hotel in advance that it was our anniversary, and they surprised us with beautiful decorations, which made the stay even more special. The service felt very intimate and personal—they even added us into a WhatsApp group chat so we could message the staff directly anytime. Filmm and the rest of the hotel staff made us feel completely at home throughout our stay. The resort itself felt like we were staying in the owner’s private villa. There were so many facilities available, including a cinema room, snooker room, sauna, gym, a lovely garden, and beautiful paintings displayed throughout the resort. We also had dinner at the resort’s restaurant, and it was absolutely out of this world—honestly felt like dining at a high-end fine dining restaurant. One thing to note is that the hotel is quite out of the way, located on a hill/mountain area. It’s best to arrange transportation with the hotel, or arrange your own ride and inform the driver that the route is very hilly. It’s not advisable to drive up on your own if you’ve rented a car that isn’t suitable for steep slopes. Overall, this was an exceptional and memorable stay that I would highly recommend for a special occasion.

My partner and I stayed at Marasca Samui for 11 nights. The hotel is quite new, built around 2024, and it truly feels like a quiet oasis in the bustling heart of Chaweng, right next to the clubs. We absolutely loved the well-maintained green pathway leading to the beach and the cozy lounge area, which was genuinely comfortable for spending time. The food in the lounge area was excellent and varied. The hotel is beachfront, with direct access to the sand, but it's important to be aware of the tides: the beach can noticeably shrink or almost disappear at times. The sea is usually very calm. The rooms are comfortable, with good air conditioning, making for a pleasant sleep; if you go to bed before midnight, earplugs might occasionally come in handy – they are provided in the room. As for improvements, the sun lounger mattresses and towels sometimes had stains, so better cleanliness would be appreciated. Otherwise, our stay was excellent, and we'd gladly return.

Very nice and helpfull Staff. Its not on the beach but with a pool and a beautifull Garden. Food is good too and also Kids have their fun.

We had a wonderful and seamless stay at Kimpton Kitalay Samui from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel genuinely welcomed. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive a beautiful welcome bracelet upon arrival, which was a thoughtful touch that immediately set the tone for our stay. The welcome amenities in the room and the delightful evening turndown surprises further added to the experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the pool-access room. Having direct access to the pool provided an added sense of privacy and relaxation, making it easy to unwind at any time of the day. I particularly loved the resort’s private beach. It was peaceful, beautifully maintained, and offered the perfect setting to slow down and enjoy the natural beauty of Koh Samui. What truly sets Kimpton Kitalay Samui apart is its people. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests have a memorable stay. Their warmth and hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable. Kimpton Kitalay Samui is a resort that I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone visiting Koh Samui. We left with wonderful memories and look forward to returning again in the future.

The scenery is breathtaking, but the shower water is too small and not hot. It's on a mountain, making it difficult to drive, especially without a 4WD. The climb is quite strenuous. There's a waterfall not far away. There are a lot of mosquitoes on the mountain, so we didn't go to the waterfall. Halfway up the mountain, we ran into two foreigners who said the waterfall was small and there wasn't much to see, so we went down the mountain. Checking out at 11 am and checking in at 3 pm is quite unreasonable.

A wonderful villa. Plenty of space. Interesting design solutions. A great pool. The view from the deck is stunning. Morning, afternoon, and evening. You can admire it forever. Of course, you need a car with decent horsepower to access the villa. We drove a 1.3-liter engine, but it wasn't easy. Although the villa is located high on a mountain, it's only a short drive from the highway, about 6-7 minutes. The hosts take excellent care of their guests. They are caring, attentive, calm, and pleasant. We had the best experience with the villa. Simply superb!

Not bad, my family was very satisfied. Facilities: The facilities are very complete. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: The environment is beautiful. Our family had a wonderful Chinese New Year here, and we'll definitely come back next time we have the chance.

Наш отдых прошел хорошо. Расположение в центе движух на Ламае: недалеко ночной рынок, прачечная, ну и рестораны. Небольшой нюанс: в первые три ночи нас заселили в номер как на фото при бронировании, только вместо 3 кроватей было 4, а вот в последний день уже в тот что на фото в отзыве. Тут либо путаница у Трипком, либо у отеля🤷🏻♀️

The room was wonderful—clean, spacious, and came with a veranda plus an extra outdoor shower (very convenient for rinsing off sand). The staff were excellent. I've stayed at several hotels in Koh Samui and Phuket, and these guys are the most efficient. Minimal interaction is needed, and issues are resolved quickly; it's like they're not even there, but everything gets done. That's really impressive. You do have to walk a bit to the beach, but on the flip side, there are no bars, karaoke, or discos right under your windows, so you can get a good night's sleep.
