Pet Friendly Hotels in Nanping

Excellent stay! I received a free room upgrade, which included a bathtub and a wet/dry separation in the bathroom. The guesthouse lobby has two adorable cats, a British Shorthair named 'Jinbao' and a Golden British Shorthair named 'Zhaocai'. Zhaocai is quite a rebel and will playfully swat at anyone, but Jinbao is super friendly and lets you pet her as long as you have cat treats. The overall accommodation environment was fantastic. What was even better was their restaurant. We stayed for two nights and had all three of our main meals at the guesthouse. The food was absolutely delicious and perfectly suited our taste buds. In contrast, many restaurants within the Wuyishan scenic area can be hit or miss – I won't name names, but there are just too many 'influencer' spots. Right across the road from the guesthouse is 'Impression Dahongpao', which was a great show to catch in the evening. A short walk further is the Tea Culture Park, and if you follow the path deep into the park, you'll find a famous walking trail. Every weekend evening, there's a band that performs there for free. On the morning we went to the Wuyishan National Park, we even borrowed a traditional bamboo hat from the guesthouse, which was a fun experience. The only slight downside was breakfast; it wasn't quite to my liking as it was a bit greasy and salty. So, on the second morning, we went out for Zixi noodles instead. The soundproofing in the room could be better; I could hear conversations in the hallway in the morning, but it wasn't a major issue. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

👍👍👍 I had a wonderful stay at Tongmu Youmingju Homestay and can highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Tongmu area. The homestay is located in a beautiful and peaceful natural setting, surrounded by mountains and forest. One of my favorite experiences was enjoying excellent local tea while sitting right next to the river, breathing the fresh mountain air and listening to the sound of the water. It is the perfect place to relax and experience the authentic atmosphere of Tongmu. The hosts are exceptionally kind, welcoming and always ready to help with anything. They made me feel like a guest in their home rather than just a customer. The homemade food was another highlight. Every meal was fresh, authentic and absolutely delicious. It was some of the best local food I had during my trip. As a tea enthusiast, I especially appreciated staying with a family that truly understands the local tea culture. Their knowledge and hospitality made my visit even more memorable. I genuinely enjoyed every day of my stay and was sad to leave. I will definitely come back, and from now on this will be my permanent place to stay whenever I visit the Wuyishan and Tongmu area. Thank you for your warm hospitality. The hotel is located very close to the south entrance of Wuyishan, making it convenient to stroll and eat at the pedestrian street. The hotel service is warm and the place is clean and hygienic. The owner is very kind and upgraded our room for free. He also gave us two small packets of authentic Da Hong Pao tea. The hotel has complete facilities and amenities. The hotel's own back garden is beautiful, and there is a bookstore with a large floor-to-ceiling window facing Da Wang Peak. The sunset view in the evening is absolutely stunning. It was a truly wonderful experience.

I booked a single room for the Mid-Autumn Festival. The decoration is very clean and there is no smell in the room. There is also a special tea tasting space on the first floor. The boss will personally make tea and chat with you. He can also recommend travel routes. Just ask the boss when you come to Wuyishan. By the way, the overall decoration is very stylish, the new Chinese style is very Chinese, and of course the boss's own tea is also very authentic. The most important thing is that the transportation here is also very convenient. It is very close to the scenic spot and the Impression Dahongpao performance. If you can't find the boss and has time, he can pick you up at the intersection. It's a great experience!

The room I stayed in did not offer the river view that was advertised on the website. Instead, I could see the neighbors’ house through the window. It doesn't feel like a resort or hotel; rather, it more like a private house and the owner living on the ground floor. In the late evening around 10 P.M. and early morning at 7 A.M., I could hear children screaming loudly and people communicating, which might disturb those seeking a quiet environment. I would not recommend this place for anyone who values tranquility. Having your own transportation would be ideal, as the bus stop is about a 10-minute walk away.

We had a very pleasant stay and would happily come back again. The owner was extremely kind, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made us feel comfortable. The room was clean, spacious and had large windows. The bed was a bit firm for our personal preference, but a mattress topper was provided, which made it much more comfortable. A major bonus was the free use of the washing machine. One small downside was that only disposable towels were available. Also, the property was a little difficult to find at first. However, it is conveniently located just a few minutes walk from the nearest bus stop, making it easy to get around. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the warm hospitality. We would definitely stay here again and can recommend it to other travelers.

The boss is very welcoming, clean and tidy, and the room is very spacious. The boss also recommended a lot of routes to play, and also helped to book tickets, really warmed up. I had a great time coming to Wuyi Mountain, and I got not only a comfortable and pleasant stay.

I booked this hotel for the Wuyi Ultra-trail Marathon. The environment is clean and tidy. It's only 200 meters from the K1 express bus stop, making it very convenient to get to Nanping Station. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The room was big and sunny, very silent, the bed comfortable, the heating worked really well and the shower gets nice and hot if you wait for a while. It’s off season right now, but we were still surprised to see that the hotel was practically empty, it deserves more clients. It’s one of the few hotels inside the park which is very convenient, and much nicer than the ones outside of the park that look really sad and ugl. We much preferred waking up with a view on the tea plantations. The staff doesn’t speak English at all but they’re very kind and will try their best to understand all your needs through translation apps. We ended up staying a day less and they were kind enough to give us the breakfast for free. They will also offer you to taste their local tea in the hall, which is delicious and served in the traditional way which is fascinating to watch. The furniture and overall look of the hotel might be a little dated, but we actually liked it, it gives character compared to all the ultra modern, aseptic hotels. The breakfast was really abundant and delicious, typical of the area which we loved. The only real inconvenience is that didi won’t be able to leave you at the hotel entrance, it will be stopped at the park entrance which is a 10 minutes walk on a road busy with all the park’s buses. The solution is either booking the car directly through the hotel, or ask the hotel to register your didi’s plate so it can enter the park. We did this when we visited the nearby Xiamei village and it worked.
