It is a minute's drive from the Botanical Garden of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and it should be possible to walk. Dinner and breakfast can be solved in several small restaurants next to the homestay. As for the hardware facilities, don't ask too much. You can say that you can live, just make do with it. After all, the price is only more than 200. In terms of hygiene, the homestay is for disposable towels and bath towels, and the sheets are white. Finally, the Botanical Garden of the Chinese Academy of Sciences is still worth a visit.

住這裡是來看中科院植物園的，圖個經濟實惠。這個位置距離北門更近就三百多米，建議來玩可以北門進出，比西門進出能節省3公里腳力。周圍吃飯購物很方便。
環境：房間在四樓，爬樓梯搬行李上去。房間夠大，床是1.8米的。沒有煙味沒有蚊子。傢俱屬實有些舊了。水龍頭能放出熱水，衞生間有一個小盆，泡泡腳，洗洗衣服還蠻方便的。
空調電視都有，不過這兩天都沒有使用。
老闆人很好，有什麼需求都可以跟他講。每天主動給我們礦泉水。
不足之處，插座太少。房間裏沒有椅子。

Guest UserIt is very close to Mohan Port and very convenient. Suitable for staying after transiting from Laos in the evening to evening. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the central area of Mohan Town, where there are various restaurants. The facilities inside the house feel like a normal hotel.

Guest UserThe hotel lobby was very welcoming upon entering. There was free parking on the first floor. The receptionist was very helpful, the bedding in the room was comfortable, and the room was fully equipped. The location was excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. The decor was simple yet cozy, and the price was very reasonable. It was also very quiet at night. They even arranged a car for me in advance when I left the next day. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Mengla.

The hotel has its own small parking lot, there are not many parking spaces, but parking in the off-season is basically no problem. The location is not bad, there are big supermarkets, farmers' markets, Lao hot pot, glutinous rice breakfast shops a few hundred meters away.
