The hotel is located deep in the grassland, with an endless expanse of grassland right in front of you. The rooms are clean and hygienic, and each has a private bathroom, which is very convenient. I went to the front desk to check in, but the air conditioner was not turned on. I was sweating from the heat. They told me that the air cooler was on, but it made a sound like a tractor and it wasn't cool at all. Merchants, please be more careful. Small hotels all have air conditioners, but such a good hotel is wasted. Can your boss afford to open a hotel but not afford air conditioning? The hotel's soundproofing is also poor, the service is pretty good, the girl serving tea and water, it seemed like their manager even apologized to me, but I have to give this bad review. It was such a hot day, 37 degrees, and when I went in I only heard the roar of hauling garbage. I was speechless. I won't come back again. It's not a good experience.

I chose this hotel by chance and was particularly pleasantly surprised after I checked in. The overall decoration is simple and atmospheric, and the atmosphere is comfortable and not depressing. The service is meticulous and intimate, and the elevator is actively guided when entering the door, and the response speed is very fast. The room size is moderate, the layout is reasonable, the luggage is placed, the activity space is sufficient, the sheets are covered with one guest and one change, and the sanitary corners are cleaned in place. The mattress is moderately firm, the pillow height is just right, and the tired journey can be rested well. The wireless network speed is smooth, and the video and office connection are not stuck. The corridor is quiet and tidy, and the cleaning is regularly cleaned and maintained. There are many restaurants in the surrounding area, so you don't have to go far to eat and forage. The price is close to the people, there is no extra charge, the overall service details are attentive, and you can feel the sincerity of the store. This is the first choice for travel and accommodation. The experience is far more than other hotels at the same price. It is highly recommended that you book.

I booked the room as shown in the picture. It has an elevator, complete facilities, and sanitation is OK, but the service is average. I thought there were not enough slippers and asked if I could get an extra pair, but was refused.

A nice hotel! A simple spread of cakes and biscuits provided for teatime, and a bowl of noodles for supper👏👏👏👏Was upgraded to a bigger room when we checked in! Everything was good except water seeps through the glass door when taking a bath thus making the outside area wet! Floor mat is also not provided!

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel staff provided exceptional service, they were incredibly warm and friendly, making us feel right at home. The hotel environment was spotless and well-maintained, our room was pristine, and we had a very comfortable stay. The dining experience was also outstanding; every meal was delicious, with fresh ingredients that left a lasting impression. Every single staff member here was attentive and patient, always smiling, and went out of their way to meet guests' needs, making our trip even more enjoyable. Nice stay, food is available for morning, lunch, dinner extra activities: - go kart - horse riding - dancing and singing from locals during lunch/dinner a performance show available close to here, the owner can sell you the tickets for 140 instead of 280 from the ticket office. sometimes you don’t have warm water, so it might be a bit difficult during winter.

The boss is very enthusiastic. Now the temperature difference in the grassland is very big. It is very cold at night. There are electric blankets in the yurt. The quilt is also very thick. Both lunch and dinner were excellent, and we were especially impressed by the Lamb Bao served at breakfast. Overall, the service and warmth from the people were genuinely good. That said, all the costs were quite expensive compared to what I'm used to after living and traveling in China for more than 10 years. I would recommend the horse riding off the main area, as they suggest, but the Happy Ranch was not that fulfilling—most of the rides and activities there weren't worth the time or money. That's an external activity though, so no discredit to the hotel itself. While we didn't end up using the actual amenities, the hospitality and cultural performance alone made the visit worthwhile. Following that, we visited a nearby area with an array of activities like tea tasting, dressing up in traditional Mongolian clothing, archery, and viewing livestock. There was also an option to watch a horse riding show, but we decided to skip it as we were a bit tired. The room was cozy, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Even though it was cold outside, the heating kept the space warm, making it a perfect retreat after a long day of activities. It added a charming touch to the overall experience. In the evening, there was a large yurt on the premises where we enjoyed an authentic Mongolian dinner accompanied by a captivating live show. The night ended with fireworks, a bonfire, and more entertainment, making it a truly unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this place if you want a well-organized and immersive experience.
