Guest UserAfter a long journey, you arrive at the hotel and just want to check in without any problems. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case here. An employee told me bluntly that breakfast wasn't included in the price and didn't even try to explain why. He simply said otherwise, despite proof... Luckily, the next day another employee came and explained to me how and what was going on. After that, the matter was quickly resolved.
Breakfast costs €12.90, and there are no hot dishes (e.g. sausages, eggs, etc.). Just bread, sausage and various sweets... Boiled eggs were cold!... so it's better to have breakfast somewhere else than in the hotel...
