The location is very good, I feel that the neighborhood is very safe, the health is quite clean, the facilities are a bit old, the room door on the first floor is very bad to open and close, the heating of the room is not very flexible, the breakfast is simple and there are not many choices.

The restaurant downstairs is excellent. The exterior has changed color, making it difficult to find. The taxi driver dropped me off a little early, so I had to search for the hotel. There was no hotel sign, so it was difficult to find.

Located in the Palermo district, surrounded by plane trees, it's a very safe neighborhood. The atmosphere is fantastic, quite similar to the French Concession in Shanghai. Most importantly, it's close to Don Julio, making it convenient to queue for dinner. I recommend walking in early for a reservation to increase your chances. The front desk surprised me with an upgrade to a top-floor suite, which was a pleasant surprise. While the facilities are a bit older, they are perfectly acceptable. The views are also great. The front desk staff are very helpful and you can store your luggage there. The coffee shop diagonally across the street is also excellent. Highly recommend staying here.

The Faena is a stylish hotel which is now feeling a little old compared to when it opened. The room designs waste a fair amount of space and plumbing is showing signs of wear. The pool is a purely instagram facility which provides no exercise space whatsoever. Having said all this, Faena is still conveys good quality overall. A lifestyle hotel in effectively a business district means that it falls between two stools but is probably still one of the top spots in Buenos Aires.

i stayed in a room with private bathroom for only one night. the location of the hotel is very good, i can travel to most of the places on foot. bed is comfortable, room is big, nice and clean, the receptionist is extremely nice and helpful, wifi is strong also. however there is a lot of noise coming from the hotel guests and with all the smell of cigarette which make me difficult to sleep, but this is not the fault of the hotel, I hope the travelers can be more considerable. I didn't have chance to try the breakfast because my flight is in the early morning.

Часто здесь останавливаюсь, отличное расположение отеля, в тот раз не повезло с этажом 3-й и расположением номера на шумную улицу, балкон был максимально грязный. Вообще в этом апарт-отеле и классная атмосфера, если окна выходят во двор. Я бы предложила номера указывать при бронировании, какой номер выбираешь. В целом, там всегда удобно тем, что есть все необходимые предметы для кухни, приятный интерьер, невероятно удобные кровати и отличное постельное белье. Скажу честно, честно, если номер будет во двор - это прекрасно, тихо, красивые закаты, вид. Крыша - изумительный вид, бассейн не особо привлекает, чтобы плавать, но фотографии получаются шикарные! Есть платная гриль-зона.
