"I took a penthouse (65 sq. m.) living room, terrace, bedroom and bathroom. Since the apartment is under the roof - slanted ceiling. Pros: price! In any hotel you will be offered a room of 12-17 m., good location, everything is within walking distance) and a lake. Availability of a kitchen and oven. Who needs it - will understand. Friendly host. The bathroom is gorgeous! Jacuzzi for two, beautiful shower for two (two shower heads), bidet. Terrace with a view of the old days))) complete relaxation. Con - well, if you expect breakfast from the owner, it will not be there, the stairs are steep. The elevator goes to the 2nd floor. You need to drag a suitcase up a narrow spiral staircase to the penthouse, but the owner helped me"
