The staff is very helpful and friendly, and breakfast is also satisfactory and provided, and so the cleaning of the rooms. Unlike other reviews, despite my room being at the top floor, I have noticed noise of traffic disturbances and, In response to what others have written, the plasticised towels in the lunch room were not even so dramatic, but, in the ecological sense, much more in line with the new directives that recommend less use of water and detergents. Sometimes people don't know what to say and, for the sake of polemic, they write stupidities. Therefore, a completely pleasant and suitable experience also at unexcessive prices. Thank you."

"A great solution for a single night stay. Unexplainable previous negative reviews. A certainly old, spartan structure. The price is cheap, so many claims must be reserved. We arrived three hours in advance on the check-in planned by the hotel direction and the room was already ready. Clean towel. Bathroom ok, certainly the shower souffle is to change. It is too small. For the rest it was ok. We have been offered a coffee at the check-out and some merendina. But breakfast is not included in the price, so instead of criticizing it would be better thanks. Better book from the hotel site rather than from the most famous providers."

"Palazzo is in an excellent location with car park within 100m by foot. You can walk within the old town for the landmarks and restaurants. Our suite is spacious with a small kitchen and a living area. Books and pictures inside the room add homely feel!! The front desk staff are very very helpful. The reception area is also tastefully designed and furnished. A very good choice for us indeed and we would recommend Palazzo to all our friends visiting Parma."

"Parma is a city I stopped by for a bit, but it has a lot to see, like the Reggio Theater and the Baptistery, so I think it was a good decision to go to Parma instead of Pisa when going to Cinque Terre. The NH Hotel is right next to the train station, so it was very convenient for going to La Spezia. However, the hotel service was not up to my expectations. There was no beer opener in the room, so I went to the check-in counter (lobby) to borrow one. However, the staff told me to go to the restaurant and borrow it myself. Usually, in this case, they say they will bring it to your room. For a moment, I thought, did I book an "ibis"? I was mistaken. We usually use NOVOTEL, but this time we chose the NH Hotel because of its good location, but the service did not seem like a 4-star hotel."
