LLeeJaehakI like the facilities very much because they are clean and spacious. Basically, there is no resident staff, so you need to check the email content well. Trip.com PIN and mail PIN are different, so I was confused, but you can use the PIN from the email.

The hotel is set back a bit in the courtyard, the name is facing away from the road, and the tiny sign with the name is by the road, completely invisible in the dark, and not particularly noticeable during the day.

Staff were so friendly and made such an effort with us.
The free bikes were a blessing to cycle into Parma in the rain, the receptionist advised to park at Piazza Garibaldi.
The room was clean and spacious with all the facilities needed.
The pool was clean with adequate chairs and an area for food:drinks.
Too far too walk to the centre but easy enough to drive or cycle.

GGuest UserThe room I was given was on the second floor of the building, about 400 meters away from the reception. There is only a push button on the first floor in the elevator, and the door from the first floor to the second floor is locked and you can't go to the second floor. If you read the description in the elevator carefully, when you touch it with the given card, the elevator will go upstairs. Certainly there is an elevator that says that. I may have been told that at the reception, but I was in trouble for a while because I didn't understand it. The room was clean and had a refrigerator, but he didn't have an electric water heater. Do you mean that you should put out hot water in the sink to make coffee and drink it? The hotel is located in the center of Palma and the cathedral and museum of Palma were better than expected.

LLUISTRUEOld building, the room is not much better, the main hotel is very good, just in the downtown business district, not 10 minutes walk from Palma Central Station. The hotel's service staff are all elderly people, there is no passion, stayed for three days, breakfast is unchanged, of course, eating is not a problem!

Брал номер люкс, и там была ванна! С водой проблем не было. Чисто в номере и самом отеле.
Завтрак норм - много разных круассанов, печенек, нарезок мясных и сырных. из горячего - омлет, сосиски с беконом и вареные яйца. Для утра больше и не надо. Единственное - не работала кофемашина но сотрудники налили капучино все равно :)
Парма в принципе небольшая, поэтому до центральной части идти 5-8 минут, до вокзала столько же

GGuest UserОстанавливаюсь в этом отеле уже 20 лет. Если приезжаешь на машине - супер удобно - большая парковка, чистый воздух, Парма рядом, автострада тоже. Отель супер чистый, хоть уже не совсем молодой. Вечером можно поужинать обычной итальянской едой. Завтрак по утрам достаточно богатый, лучше, чем обычно в Италии. За свои деньги (около 100 евро, иногда меньше) очень хорошо.

GGuest UserDon't forget that the reception is located in the new hotel near the station. There, you can obtain keys and passwords from the Internet.
The residence itself looks very interesting, the entrance team really likes it, and the view from the windows.
The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well.
A stable Internet is enough to watch videos from two devices at the same time.
No breakfast/coffee machine, it's not enough (
All in all, a good apartment stays there.
