JINOO0426Alibu Resort Nha Trang has a beautiful, nature-inspired atmosphere. The room was a bit small, but it was clean and well maintained. I especially loved the wooden interior and the garden, which were absolutely beautiful and made the resort feel peaceful and relaxing.
However, the overall facilities felt smaller than expected, and the biggest disappointment was the swimming pool area. Some Russian guests were smoking and drinking alcohol inside the pool, but the staff did not seem to stop or warn them. Since the pool is a shared space for all guests, I felt that this should have been managed much more carefully.
Although I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the room and the lovely wood-and-garden atmosphere, the poor management of the common facilities left a very negative impression. Unfortunately, I do not think I would stay at this resort again.

AlisalesA great option for a vacation in Nha Trang. We stayed here for five nights and had a pleasant experience.
The hotel is easy to reach by bus from the airport: there's a stop not far from the hotel, about a five-minute walk away. The beach is a 5–7 minute walk. The hotel is located near a hospital and some kind of bus station (there are photos showing the view from the window where this is visible), so it's peaceful and quiet in the evenings. Overall, we liked the area: it's not in the very center, which keeps it from being noisy, but you can still easily walk everywhere if you want to stroll to the main street.
You can get towels and umbrellas for the beach at the reception, but the towels get taken very quickly and were constantly out of stock. So if you want a towel, you need to come early in the morning. All these items are taken under signature, promising to return them safe and sound.
About the hotel itself: It's a large hotel building, beautiful inside, with friendly and good staff. Check-in was quite fast, they explained all the details, and even gave us printed sheets with rules in Russian: for example, that you can't bring seafood, mangosteens, or durians into the hotel, and there will be fines if these rules are not followed. In general, many Russian speakers stay at this hotel, so a lot is adapted for us. We had a triple room with a view to the opposite side of the sea. There was also a small basket with complimentary welcome fruits in the room, which was a very nice touch. The room was large, spacious, and clean. All the linen and towels were clean. Every day, they came to collect trash, change towels if needed, and left bottled water, tea, and coffee. The air conditioner in the room worked well.
There's also a kettle and a minibar in the room. The minibar was small and contained drinks you could buy from them, but it hardly chilled anything, so using it as a refrigerator was practically impossible. Well, it's not really designed for that anyway.
I must mention the breakfasts separately. They were a large, varied buffet. You could also order two additional types of soup, and the pho bo was especially delicious. Overall, the food was very diverse: there were many fruits, pastries, drinks, as well as fried sausages, bacon, stewed meat, rice, fried noodles, and salads.
The hotel also has an indoor pool and a gym on the same floor. The pool often had very few people, which was nice – you could swim peacefully. The gym is located in the same area; it's quite small, but it has everything necessary for those who want to work out.
Overall, I really liked the hotel and would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a good rest.

Iuliia IskevichThe room was very nice and spacious. Housekeeping was done every day, and towels were changed regularly. There's a rooftop pool with mountain and sea views. The breakfasts were varied and delicious, we really enjoyed them. It's about a 5-minute walk to the sea, and there are many cafes and shops nearby. The windows in the room didn't open, but the air conditioning worked well. Overall, a positive experience.

Algero Jermaine BrownThe location of Nha Trang Lodge Hotel is excellent and was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. We were also warmly welcomed with a lovely fruit platter upon arrival, which was a thoughtful touch and much appreciated.
Unfortunately, the room was a major disappointment. During my three-week trip, I booked suites at all the other hotels I stayed in. Unfortunately, this hotel did not have a suite available, so I decided to try a different room category. Sadly, I was very disappointed with the room. The view was not completely bad because there was a partial beach view, but I always had to look to the side to enjoy it. When looking straight ahead, I was greeted by a building under construction, which took away from the experience.
The room also felt dated and in need of much more care, maintenance, and attention to detail. It really needs some TLC and updating. The bathroom was also not to my taste at all. I personally dislike shower curtains, and the bathroom felt outdated compared with what I expected.
The breakfast experience was concerning. My partner ate meat from the breakfast buffet, and shortly afterwards he started vomiting and remained unwell for two days. I cannot say for certain that the meat caused his illness, but it was the last thing he ate before becoming sick, so the timing was concerning. He also developed a rash during our stay, which may have been related to the bed linen, although I did not experience the same issue.
We did not raise these concerns with the front desk because, by that point, I was already over the situation and did not feel like making a complaint. I also want to be fair and say that the reception staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They assisted us with our luggage, always smiled, and made us feel welcome. I really cannot blame the reception team for the issues we experienced.
Check-in was strictly at 2:00 PM, so guests arriving early should keep that in mind.
Another detail that left a negative impression was that I took a hand towel outside because the weather was extremely hot. When I returned, I found a note on my bed informing me that I had taken a towel. While I understand that the hotel needs to keep track of its property, the way this was handled felt unnecessarily unwelcoming.
Overall, the hotel has a fantastic location, the fruit platter was a lovely welcome, and the reception staff were genuinely kind and helpful. However, the room did not meet my expectations, especially after staying in suites throughout the rest of my three-week trip. The condition of the room, the construction directly in front of the view, concerns about the breakfast, and several other details made this stay disappointing.
At this point, I would not choose to stay here again in the same room category. However, perhaps in the future, I may give one of the hotel’s suites a try to see whether the experience is different.

Anonymous UserThe hotel is located on an island, accessible by either speedboat or cable car. We arrived around 1 PM, and check-in was quick, followed by a transfer directly to the hotel. However, we could only check into our room strictly at 3 PM. Our sea-view room in the main building was great, but it's clear that it's in need of some cosmetic renovation. Housekeeping was good, and the room even had an iron and ironing board. The hotel grounds are quite large and well-maintained. Regarding the sea, there's a small issue: it's quite dirty, even though it's cleaned. There's a lot of seaweed and everyday trash, and in September, there's plenty of plankton, especially in the mornings. For such a large hotel, there aren't many sun loungers, but we never had trouble finding an available one. Breakfast had a great selection, but almost everything was the same each day.
Buggy services are available from the hotel to get around the island, including to the cable car/speedboat, the Harbor, and a separate entrance to VinWonders Park.

Natalia PltnvaMy husband and I decided to fly from Da Nang to Nha Trang again, visit the Libra Hotel, and explore our favorite spots. We saw that Libra had been upgraded to 5 stars, whereas it was 4 stars when we stayed in March 2025. So, we booked a room for two nights. The check-in time at the hotel has changed from 2 PM to 3 PM. However, they managed to check us in at 1 PM. Also, they now require a deposit of 200 VND. The manager at the reception was very responsive, and we noticed that she had learned Russian, which was quite unusual for us. Our room, 1606, seemed fine at first glance until we started using the amenities. The shower drain didn't work at all; the entire bathroom floor got flooded, and the water drained near the toilet, making the bathmat completely soaked. It was very frustrating. We didn't use the kettle because it had limescale and residue. We got a panoramic window that couldn't be opened, so the room was always stuffy, and we had to use the air conditioner. After that, I unfortunately caught a cold, and now my nose is blocked; getting sick was the last thing I needed. The hotel breakfasts are quite interesting, but in our opinion, they were better in March 2025 and are more modest now. Waiting for the elevator was always a problem. There was no welcome drink or water at the hotel entrance, unlike in March 2025, when they offered a delicious one. They also created a separate smoking area, but it's so small that no one fits, and it's terribly stuffy. It used to be much better. On our check-out day, we decided to use the ”Private beach” service. They took us to a beach in the south of Nha Trang, about a 10-minute drive from the hotel. There were so many people that we were shocked. We were told all the plastic sun loungers were taken, and when they heard ”Libra,” they reluctantly said there were no spots. We lay on our towels. At the hotel, we had booked a return time of 12:00 PM. We gathered our things and went to the parking lot at 11:55 AM, waiting in the 35-degree heat under the open sun for the car until 12:15 PM. It never came, so we went back to the beach. A security guard asked us, ”Are you from Libra?” We said, ”Yes, we need to go back,” and he led us to the road and started hailing a taxi. We got in and left. When we arrived at the hotel, the manager looked at his watch and was horrified that he had forgotten about us. We arrived at 12:30 PM. It was simply terrible that we were forgotten in such heat, without sun loungers, with masses of people on the beach, and not even the best beach. We are disappointed with Libra; this time, there were too many drawbacks. It's unclear how it earned 5 stars.

My stay at the ibis Nha Trang was particularly enjoyable. I really appreciated the warm welcome and the professionalism of the staff, who were always smiling, available, and attentive to every need. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, with a magnificent view that made every sunrise and sunset even more pleasant. The hotel's location is also a real plus, making it easy to enjoy the beach, restaurants, and the city's main attractions. The service was consistently quick and efficient throughout my stay, creating an atmosphere that was both relaxed and professional. Thanks to this combination of comfort, exceptional views, ideal location, and quality service, this experience far exceeded my expectations, and I happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Nha Trang under excellent conditions.

Before making the reservation, I visited the hotel and was shown a room on a higher floor — it looked nice and was a bit larger. Then I went back to the reception, where they told me I could take a room with a city view. I made the booking, but when I received the room, it wasn’t the same one I had seen before. When I asked at the reception, they said the one I saw earlier was more expensive. It doesn’t matter much now, but if you plan to book here, I recommend asking clearly in advance and making sure you get the room you actually reserved.Check-in was done one hour earlier, which I appreciate. The view from the room was good, and the room itself was fairly spacious. The cleaning was done but somewhat superficial at first; however, after I talked to the reception in the following days, they came and cleaned it properly.

Anonymous UserPhotos of the room are outdated. Probably from when it was brand new. For the price and location can't complain. But the lifts are horrendous. Had to wait 20 minutes once to go down. Lifts just bypassed my floor even though the down button was pressed and lighted. For this reason alone, won't be coming back to this property again.

Breakfast was a little disappointing....not much choice of desserts and pastries , coffee is not so good. Breakfast meals are not all ways replenished and if you come fir Breakfast st say 8am you may miss out on food already gone which is not replaced.
E.g. no milk, only a scraps of fruit, no coffee cups left or condensed milk etc.
