YYannick.vdhWe had an amazing stay in this boutique hotel.
The hosts were super nice and really treated us the best they could.
At first the location seemed a bit away from the center, and without grab we were sceptic how to get to the center. But the hosts were super helpfull and brought us by car and picked us up as well. We even lend 1 scooter for an evening for free!
The room was super new and had everything we needed. Good bed, big smart tv (for resting day), great shower, good AC and small balcony.
We got homemade Vietnamese breakfast everyday. Even when my girlfriend asked for just fruits they made an amazing platter full.
These people were so nice and asked nothing in return. We wanted to pay for the rides but they refused.
The hotel is in a super new area and the streets are only accessible for people who need to be there, which makes it very safe as well. Just note that if booking a tour they cannot pick you up in front of the hotel, but just 3 minutes walk away, so no problems.

Location is the best among other hotels, right at the center of the city with great view.
Hotel staffs are very friendly. Receptionists are so helpful, they offer me upgrade and late check out.
Nice pool, but I was it were heated pool
However, I am a little bit disappointed that there is no welcome drinks and welcome fruit for such that high price.

Gem, the owner, is incredibly hospitable, always with a smile. From the day we booked, she contacted us to find out our arrival time and if we needed anything (she even offered transportation to pick us up from our previous hotel in Ha Long and drop us off at the door of the Napoli). She has everything ready so you can organize your trip from her ”command center”: motorbike rentals, laundry service, different tours around the island, and breakfast with various menus, all accompanied by drinks and fruit. She can also arrange transportation to your next destination... All at a good price.
The rooms are just like in the photos, and the linens and towels are clean. There are basic amenities, as well as coffee, tea, and water. There's a refrigerator and hot water.
If we return to Cat Ba, we'll definitely stay at the Napoli again!!

PPhongTruongReally recommended this hotel for solo or foreigners. This hotel is new and the facilities are very good, they have pool and restaurant too. This is my first experience staying at dorm room and is better than I thought, I have a large, private space and the bed and curtains are clean. Just remind you to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, or bring your own shampoo because their's same as other hotel, not so good. Anyway, cant not demand too much for a price like that. Next time to Cat Ba I definitely come back here.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the View Point Anh Quan Hotel in Cat Ba, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, which provided a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the pier and close to Cat Co beach, making it convenient for sightseeing and enjoying the local attractions.
The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with stunning views from both my balcony and the rooftop cafe. Waking up to such breathtaking scenery was truly a highlight of my trip. The staff at the hotel were exceptional; they were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable. They helped arrange transportation from Hanoi to Cat Ba and even organized a fantastic day trip to Ha Long Bay for me.
Breakfast at the hotel was enjoyable with a variety of options available, including made-to-order eggs that were delicious. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt welcoming and homely, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend View Point Anh Quan Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Cat Ba!

BBec TryonThe hotel was very nice. Great location and view (sunset from the rooftop bar is fantastic). If it wasn't for the construction in front of the hotel, this hotel would be the bees knees. It is close to our tour operator and mini markets. The staff so helpful and informative. Jong, one of the managers, organised a taxi for us to take us from our tour in the harbour to our speedboat to take us to Ha Long City. The speedboat driver organised the taxi driver to take us to our hotel in Ha Long City. It was well organised for us at half the price that we paid to get to Cat Ba Island. We were taken advantage of in the beginning of the Cat Ba Island adventure as unknowledgeable tourists, but we were treated so well on our departure trip from Cat Ba Island thanks to Jong.

Мы оставались всего на пару ночей, но даже пожалели об этом. Чисто, аккуратно, убирались каждый день. Завтрак с не очень большим выбором, но вкусный и можно найти что-то, чтобы не голодать. Бар наверху с небольшим выбором, но даже если коктейля нет в карте, то можно заказать микс на свой вкус 👌
Еду в кафе попробовали совсем немного, но то что приготовили - было супер 🔥
Бассейн был очень уж холодным, но чистый и не перехлорированный.

秉秉翰Pay attention to the counter staff, obviously already booked and issued tickets, when you arrive at the on-site counter, you will say that you have to pay once you see the order, and you have insisted on more than 10.
It took a minute to say that I saw the order, but I didn’t pay or you have to pay once. I was deadlocked over there and ignored her. I finally said I saw it.
But the order is all written on it. I still pretend to die. I don’t want to admit that I have always wanted to pay again on the spot. As long as there is a ticket, I will insist on not giving up. The other party can’t get it. I can only say that the counter staff wants to kill 2 times. The feeling is really bad.
I will choose another home next time.
