"The location is pretty good, with many cafes nearby. It's just a few minutes' walk to the very center of town. There's also a shuttle bus to Cat Ba Island not far from downstairs, so it's convenient to just walk over and catch it."

"I booked a spacious room for only 450k VND/night, and late check-out was 50k VND/hour. The receptionist was super friendly, and the security guard was nice. The hotel is clean and the location is convenient. Even though there was road construction, I walked, so I still had a shortcut. It's within walking distance to the food area on Le Loi street and Luong Van Can market. There's also a pretty good snail stall near the hotel."

"Wir sind aus persönlichen Gründen nur einen Tag geblieben, obwohl wir für etwas länger gebucht hatten. Die Besitzerin hatte vollstest Verständnis dafür und hatte unsere Buchung geönder und uns für die restlichen Tagen das Geld zurpck erstattet. Das fimde ich sehr lieb und wirklich Kundenfteundlich. Wir haben einen kleinen Betrag Aufgrund der Verwaltungsgebühren, die die Vermieterin voraus bezahlen musste auf Grund unsere Änderung bezahlt. Im Vergleich zu den Betrag für die zusätzlichen Tage ist es aber nicht nennenswert. Dafür bedanke wir uns sehr."

"Than is just a few seconds away from Hoang Van Thu Bridge, which is perfect for a nice morning or sunset walk. The room is very new, clean, and fully furnished. The only downside is that there is just a curtain separating the bathroom from the rest of the room, so privacy may be a bit limited. There is no elevator, but the stairs are easy to climb, and the staff are happy to help with your luggage. I also tried the soursop tea at the café downstairs, and it was AMAZING. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely give it a 10/10!"

"越南海防·Dragon Ocean Do Son 真實體驗｜風景絕美，但仍需努力的度假地 我是因為偏愛Staycation度假式住酒店，才特意來到海防郊外這座全新的城市——Dragon Ocean Do Son。想把這次真實的入住體驗分享給大家，不吹不黑，衹講事實。 這裏真的很美，可惜遊客非常少。我並不是淡季前來，反而選擇了越南最涼爽、最適合避暑的季節過來，但整座城市無論白天、下午還是傍晚，都顯得格外空曠。上百家歐式風格的建築與商鋪大多空置，衹有Cong Vien Than Thoai Legend Park、Ocean Lighting Park、Dragon Do Son Golf Course、Hon dau island正常開放，其餘基本處於關閉狀態。 想吃飯都很難找到選擇，連Grab都叫不到。遊樂場雖然開放，但遊客寥寥無幾，非常冷清。 入住前，我在攜程看到Dream Dragon Resort評分衹有4.3，已經做好了服務一般的心理準備，原本預訂了兩晚，最終卻因為服務問題，不得不申請提前離店，也非常感謝攜程的協助處理。 酒店本身體量很大，設施齊全，環境也很漂亮，但我們遇到了幾個比較影響體驗的問題： 1. 兩間房間都有明顯異味，主要來自衞生間下水道反味。 2. 員工整體培訓不足，未達到國際服務標準，大部分員工不會英文。 3. 餐廳全程依賴翻譯機，翻譯出現偏差，直接導致點餐錯誤。 我們點餐時多次強調對芝士過敏，意大利麪絕對不要放芝士，結果上來的餐品依然鋪滿芝士；點的是番茄意大利麪，最終上的卻是Carbonara（卡邦尼），整份都是芝士。 更讓人無奈的是，餐廳工作人員的處理方式是與客人爭論，而不是主動更換餐食。 當時我們已經非常餓，不想繼續爭執，主動提出願意重新付費點餐，錯的餐品也由我們買單，做出這樣的讓步後，問題依然無法解決，核心原因還是溝通障礙。 最後，我們衹能勉強吃下這份不符合要求、還會過敏的餐食。 最讓人無法接受的是，結賬時工作人員操作不熟練，即便我們多次提醒和阻止，仍因溝通與操作問題，導致我的💳被直接鎖卡，帶來了額外麻煩。 寫這些並不是為了刻意投訴，衹是希望把真實情況説出來，幫助酒店改進提升。 其實酒店並非所有部門都不好：前台、門衞、保安的英文雖然也不算流利，但處理問題、化解溝通矛盾的態度和能力都很好，給我們留下了非常不錯的印象，衹是餐廳服務確實需要大幅加強。 真心希望攜程和酒店方 能夠更重視塗山郡這片區域 Dragon Ocean Do Son擁有得天獨厚的條件：距離河內很近，氣候是泰國、馬來西亞、新加坡等熱帶國家沒有的、舒適如春的避暑氣候，還有海島高爾夫球場，本身完全具備成為優質度假勝地的潛力，應該被更多人看見。 衹可惜現在缺乏宣傳與推廣，訊息不對稱，讓這麼好的項目被埋沒。 作為當地唯一的主力酒店，Dragon Ocean 真的需要加強員工培訓：語言能力、服務意識、危機處理、外賓接待流程都急需提升。 不然硬件再好，遊客也很難願意長住，大概率衹會當天來回，非常可惜。期待這片美麗的地方，未來能越來越好。 以下、分享塗山郡的遊玩攻略☺️ 越南🇻🇳海防｜塗山（Do Son）Dragon Ocean（龍象海洋城）北越版“杜拜棕櫚島”，從河內（首都）🚗出發1.5小時，擁有海上高爾夫⛳️果嶺祕境，全天候遊樂場，是個絕美的離島度假新區。 🏌️♂️ 【揮桿山海】Dragon Do Son Golf Course * 亮點：全越南罕見的18洞全人造海上球場。球道就在海面上延伸，海風挑戰極高，果嶺景觀絕無僅有。會所提供管家式服務，是精英社交的最佳場域。 🎡 【白+黑：全天候遊樂狂歡】 度假區內四大板塊，承包全家人的多巴胺： 1. "It's a rather old-fashioned hotel, similar to a large residential complex. I stayed in a two-bedroom room. The space was large, and it had a refrigerator, microwave, and kitchen. It felt like typical Vietnamese family accommodation. The hotel has a tennis court, a peak court, a swimming pool, a gym, and a Japanese-style bathhouse. Although the facilities are old, they work well."
