Hotels with Parking in Richmond

The hotel was nice and the front staff were very attentive. The second day we were there we left for a funeral at 12:00 noon and asked the front desk to please have our room cleaned and fresh towels. We got back to the room at 11:00 PM and no service.

Nice hotel but location is not very convenient unless you drive. Service is bad. The Asian lady is the best but the rest are unfriendly and unhelpful. Can sense that they had discrimination against Asian guests.

The hotel facilities are average and the location is not bad. At 200 dollars per night, the price/performance ratio is very poor. This time I encountered a boiler failure, no hot water and no breakfast. What I'm quite satisfied with is that the hotel refunded the full amount, which is kind of a courtesy.

Three people booked a family room for a trip. The room was large enough, but it lacked a large enough table. In addition, the upper bunk bed may not have been designed with central air conditioning in mind. The air outlet is at the head of the bed, which not only blows towards people, but also makes a lot of noise when sleeping at night. Let me talk about the price again. I really admire this agent. He collected 1,500 yuan a night and then went to ******* to order a room for 150 yuan a night. He really has a business mind.

The service, room and amenities were fantastic. I attended a conference at the Westin only minutes away Much better value and great room! Highly recommend

1. The location is very good, in the center of the historic district of Richmond, walking to the State Parliament Building and Davis's former residence (that is, the Southern ”White House”) are relatively close; 2. The room is clean and hygienic; All services are good; 4. Guests who have not been to the hotel need to be reminded: Apple car navigation will mislead to another open-air parking lot near the hotel; In fact, the car should drive to the entrance of the hotel first (the mark is not obvious, see the photo for details) and pause for a while. After going to the front desk to check in, you can drive into the hotel's indoor parking lot with your room card (the hotel's exclusive parking lot is 5-7 floor). Vehicles must swipe the room card to enter and exit this parking lot, remember!

Facilities: better Service: Very good Breakfast is average. Environment: better. There is Starbucks downstairs.

I wonder if the sheets have been changed? The sheets of both beds are dirty! A hotel that costs more than 1,000 yuan a night is really not worth it. There is not even a bottle of bottled water! The hair dryer is broken again! Very bad, very bad

The motel facilities are old, but the price is cheap, so if you don’t expect it, you can also
