The hotel is an upgraded version of BW. The restaurant is large and the breakfast is richer. The hotel also has car charging stations.

This was an amazing stay. It was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Would recommend to family and coworkers anytime five stars on my list room was outstandingly clean.

The room and the place itself were great but I waited like 30 minutes for someone to come up to the front desk to help me. After checking in I was just handed my key without being given any direction so I had to look for room myself. Check out is at 11am, at a few minutes to 10 housekeeping came banging on the door saying it’s check out time and they need to clean the room!! So we were practically kicked out.

Decent hotel with a recent makeover. Good off-season price. Modern and rather stylish. A tasty, made to order breakfast (for purchase) was provided with kind service.
Minor issues: heat was a little quirky and the shower wall had gaps around the tub spout & shower head.

We arrived arund 8 pm. There was a restaurant on site. the service was terrible and it took nearly an hour to get the pizza we ordered. When we went to shower in the morning the shower instantly flooded the bathroom and floor outside the bathroom. We had a handicapped accessible room (not requested) so the shower was not enclosed and the curtain did not touch the floor. Flooded in less than 5 seconds. Needless to say, were not able to shower. The overhead lights in my adult daughter's room did not work. ******* was impossible to contact for a refund.

This is a very nice hotel spacious rooms good beds wide screen TV but the restaurant isn't open. Gym and business center. I would return.

The room was not cleaned at all. There was piles of crumbs, hair, and dirt in all corners of the room...Big piles. Nasty splatters on the bathroom mirror. Black mold in the shower as well as hair and black filth on the tub floor. The nightstands and desk had sticky stuff on it. The bedsheets seemed “cleaned” but were stained with spots of blood. And the towels smelled like cigarettes. Avoid this place.
