The hotel is in a great location, very close to the airport, yet surprisingly quiet with no aircraft noise. There are plenty of outlet stores and dining options nearby. Although the room facilities are a bit outdated, they’re very clean. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. The only downside is that there are too many mirrors in the room, which can feel a bit disorienting.

Guest UserThe breakfast was terrible and obviously covid has caused them to close down the bar and happy hour, and the pool. But the price did not go down. Sucks for us that got spoiled before covid. Everything else was great. Happy new year

Nothing, this is the standard high-rise hotel in the American countryside. The private plane at 5:30 in the morning is a bit noisy. But the price is affordable for $100, you can't ask for more. The new decoration has no taste, anyway, it is a sleep. It is said that September will become IHG's CROWN PLAZA.

The breakfast was the standard amount, and the front desk was nice. But when I booked, the room rate was over 800, but I checked out early on the third day, and they actually refunded me over 700 based on the hotel's room rate for that day, which was really too much.

The manager told me it was my job to call someone to solve my already paid booking when their system was down upon arrival. Location is ok. Small shopping center next door. Pool is comfortable. The room was gorgeous and quite large. Huge beds, clean, quiet.

The hotel breakfast is too simple, no eggs are provided.
The hotel has no sound insulation, and there is music disturbance late at night.
The noise nuisance of music seriously affects sleep. It is recommended that the hotel inform guests not to play music after 11 pm.
