AAnonymous UserThe overall experience of this stay was mixed. Let me start with the advantages. The hotel is in a very good location, close to the shopping center, which is super convenient for shopping and eating. It saved me a lot of time for my leisure trip, which made me very satisfied.
But the only drawback is that the room facilities are in a worrying condition. Take the hair dryer for example. Once it is turned on, the noise is deafening, like a small electric drill, and it will automatically shut down and enter the protection state due to overheating after only a few seconds. This is the case with repeated attempts. I reported this problem to the hotel in a timely manner, and I was looking forward to it being resolved. However, no one came to deal with it until I checked out, which really affected my mood. I hope the hotel can improve its facilities and service quality as soon as possible.

BBenbenThe room was next to the ice machine and I didn't sleep all night. The hygiene was average. I communicated with the booking platform but it was never resolved. In the end, I was noisy all night.

胖胖妹妹The service staff in the restaurant are friendly and the biscuits for breakfast are very delicious😋, but Crispy is not dry, and there are a lot of jams, syrups, honey and cream cheese for you to mix well. There is a coffee machine and 2 different kinds of coffee in the room for you to try! For this price and this service, I think it’s a great value for money.

FFengziangNothing, this is the standard high-rise hotel in the American countryside. The private plane at 5:30 in the morning is a bit noisy. But the price is affordable for $100, you can't ask for more. The new decoration has no taste, anyway, it is a sleep. It is said that September will become IHG's CROWN PLAZA.

SSimonThe rooms in American hotels of this price are basically simple and old, which is nothing to complain about, but the bed in the room did not have any odor, which was good. Since I arrived early at 12 noon, I was supposed to check in at 3 o'clock, but I explained to the front desk that my luggage was heavy. Anyway, there was an empty room, so she opened a room for me in advance, which was very satisfactory.
