AAnonymous UserFirst time in Glendale, I have a good impression of this area, the nearby shopping mall is very good to visit. It is relatively close to Universal Studios, and it is convenient to take a taxi.
The front desk is friendly, the room is large, and the breakfast variety is not too much but enough to fill the stomach.

JJuneChen1209Traffic jams are very serious in Downtown Los Angeles, so we chose this hotel far from the city center. It took us more than an hour to drive from the Avenue of Stars (high way was also congested). Across the street from the hotel is a mall, which has everything from food, clothing, housing and transportation. Restaurants include Din Tai Fung, Marugame Seimen, conveyor belt sushi, food center, etc. There is also a target (three floors), which has CVS, fresh fruits, snacks and various daily necessities. However, although it is across the street, it is still recommended to drive there, because most people in the United States drive, and there is no one on the road, which is a bit dangerous. Moreover, the entrance of the mall is not on the roadside, but on the parking lot. If you walk, you need to go around the entire mall to enter.
On the second day of our stay, we arranged to go to Universal Studios, which is about 20 minutes by car from the hotel, which is very convenient.
Parking is free at the hotel. There is a parking lot on the same floor (1st floor) as the check-in counter. You can enter the B1 parking lot by going around the hotel to the other side. If the car does not find a spot on the 1st floor, it cannot go directly to B1. It needs to leave the venue and go around to B1 (people can take the elevator to the 1st floor or B1). When checking in, if you need to park, the waiter will add a parking permit to your room card. You can just swipe the room card when the vehicle leaves. After checking out, the waiter will return the room card to you. After the vehicle leaves, there will be a drop-in box next to the card swiping machine. Throw the room card in and you can leave directly. It is very convenient.
There is 24-hour self-service coffee and tea on the second floor of the hotel, and breakfast is also on the second floor. Breakfast is simple eggs, muffins, bagels, oatmeal, etc., a relatively standard American breakfast.
For me, the only disadvantage of the hotel is the shower, because I went with my child, and the hotel's shower is fixed and cannot be removed. It was very embarrassing when I helped the child take a bath.

ที่จอดรถมีน้อยและแบบช่องแคบคือจอดได้แต่เปิดประตูลำบาก และถ้าที่จอดรถเต็มเลยจอดริมถนนหน้ารร แต่ต้องมาย้ายรถก่อน 7 โมงเช้า
เราเช็คเอ้าท์เช้าเพราะไฟล์ทบินเช้า โทรไปคือพนงแอบเสียงไม่พอใจ แต่บอกหย่อนไว้หน้าต่างเช็คอินได้เลย
สะดวก ขับรถไปนิดนึงมี raley, target ไม่ค่อยเจอโฮมเลส ขับรถไป15-20นาที ถึงหอดูดาวกริฟฟิท

GGuest UserThe building is average looking with friendly manager. I had apartment 201 which was an upstairs unit. The white bedspread had stains on it, that looked like fecal stains from someone sitting on the white spread. The sheets were fine. The carpeting looked like it had not been shampooed in years. The sleeping area has two ceiling lights that were not working. Not so sure that the TV remote was working, but was able to work the TV using the on and off buttons. There were no light switches near the bed so I had to get out of bed to turn on and off the ceiling lights. The baseboards were very dirty and dusty. Spots on the walls. The headboard needed to be dusted. The bathroom had decent water pressure and sufficient hot water. The walls near the toilet and sink counter were full of spots. Spider webs on the side of the toilet walls. Ceiling exhaust fan was not working, and one light in the bathroom was out. Towels were clean but put on he racks not completely dry. In general I would say that the cleaning staff probably touches the obvious areas but does not pay attention to details. Even the lightswitch covers had a layer of dust on the top of the cover. I have pictures, but not going to spend anymore time on this review. Just want to warn future customers looking at this location.
