"I originally planned to stay for 3 nights, but ended up extending for another 6. The surrounding area is very safe, with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants. It's also very quick to get onto the freeway. Parking was about $40 a night, which is acceptable for Los Angeles."

"I booked a city view, but they assigned me a room with a fan? I changed the room right away, but I couldn't shake the feeling that the female staff member in charge was ******. It's not that there were no rooms, but it's ridiculous that they gave us a bad room that we didn't choose, which is an option that other people would avoid. I was sure of it when they never greeted us first as we were Asians as we walked around the lobby. It was the end of our trip and I was so tired, so I changed the room right away, but I regret not complaining strongly when I think of other Koreans who will come in the future. However, everyone except me was kind, and the room condition was good (the AC was bad). Breakfast was not bad. However, the sound of sports cars passing by at night was noisy. The area called Glendale itself was safe and comfortable."

"The room was clean except for the ceiling which could use a new coat of paint. The room smelled a bit musty. $200 for 2 nights is extremely expensive, but that must be due to the LA location. What is inadequate and not nice is that smokers have to stand right next to a garbage can because it is the smoking area."

"There's no elevator and the soundproofing is poor; I was prepared for these issues after reading reviews when booking, and I can't expect more at this price. The $150 deposit upon check-in was a complete surprise. Why is it so high for a woman with an 8-year-old child? Furthermore, the room was full of chargeable food and drinks, and the refrigerator was almost full of them. I specifically requested a quiet room, but they gave me a room without a street view, with pipes running all over the place. The pipes were incredibly noisy, and the air conditioner was like an earthquake, and it was also very dirty. Now I'm just wondering when I'll get my $150 deposit back?"
