It was clean and spotless. The staff were very friendly and the location was excellent.

The location is ok, just on the route of the free shuttle bus on the day of the conference in May. On the first weekend of May, hotel prices across the city almost doubled. Room size: 2 people are enough, one person is enough. Overall not bad.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Peregrine hotel in downtown Omaha! It's such a cute, modern boutique hotel with lots of character and an art-deco-inspired feel. Our room was very quiet, cozy and tucked away with a gorgeous view of the Peregrine courtyard. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated little touches like the Nespresso machine, plush robes, and a welcome screen on the TV. Service was consistently great—friendly staff at the front desk, prompt valet, and a quick check-in process. I didn’t dine in the on-site restaurant (The Habitat), but I did enjoy the rooftop bar (The Takeoff), which had great cocktails and a relaxed vibe with amazing skyline views. This is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in and would definitely go back!

Stay was great. Having my credit card charged twice for a 1 night stay, not so great.

Property staff was very kind, prompt to any requests, for a small staff, they do superb work to keep the location cleanly, up and running, nice, quiet location tucked in the corner a few miles away from the interstate. Definitely 4/5 stars, fair pricing, offer a nice suite, upgraded suite inclusive with a fireplace, breakfast exactly what it states on the website. Pictures from the hotel websites add up pretty well. Easily accessible gym, pool, on site laundry, etc. Fair pricing for a nice business travel.

Decent location. Entry a bit odd - enter through the back. First floor lobby very bare. Need room car to ping first floor elevator. Large rooms but dated. Fast service.

First time in Omaha, a popular hotel, the front desk is good, remember to have a breakfast voucher.

I arrived after a delayed flight only to find out after I get there that they don’t allow check-ins past midnight. I never got an email or a single notification from them saying that check-ins weren’t allowed past 12AM. Thankfully the guy at the counter was very nice about the situation and gave me advice on where to stay for the night.

The room is large and well-equipped. Although the breakfast is not very varied, it tastes good. There is a convenience store 50 meters from the hotel, where you can buy food and daily necessities, which is very convenient.
