Toilet keep running, called the front desk and told them about the issue and they said they would fix it and they did not, it was so annoying, had problems with the tv as well,

The room was super clean and newly remodeled. Front desk ladies were super sweet. Breakfast was good. The doors have like an inch gap under them so you can hear into the other peoples rooms and all the way down the hall. I had noisy neighbors for 2 nights to the point I couldn’t sleep. Ask for 4th floor! Would recommend overall for ease and cleanliness

We had a very comfortable stay, bed was comfy and hot tub was a welcome treat. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices (the coffee was top notch!), especially enjoyed the omelet and toasted bagel with strawberry cream cheese. We would stay there again if looking for a hotel in west Omaha.

We always enjoy staying here. Such friendly staff. The breakfast is great. Clean, comfortable and quiet place to stay. Only wish is that the swimming pool would be a few degrees warmer.

Room was clean and modern.
Sink stopped up and about to overflow so we had to bale the water. Shower was very slow to drain, had to hold up drain stopper.

Had a great stay. Hotel is very nice, well maintained, lots of choices for breakast. Pool and hot tub area are a larger soace thzn expected. Super friendly staff, comfy beds, really pleased!

Very good experience at this hotel. My only critique is that there isn't anywhere to hang a shower towel in the bathroom, but that's very minor. We plan to stay here again.

Hampton Inn is my "go to" hotel! This property is newer and close to many dining options and a Target next door. Parking is limited in front, and is quite dark when having to park in the back.
