GGuest UserThe guaranteed hotel found in Cappadocia is not in the town of Goreme, but in the town of Erjupu, 10 minutes drive from Goreme. It is a very quiet and convenient town. It is not so commercial, but it can feel the local customs. The most important thing is that the boss has studied Chinese at Xiamen University and married his wife in Xiamen. There is no obstacle to communication. It is too convenient for me who is not very good in English. I have set a day trip on the Green Line, hot air balloon, and ATV to watch the sunset. GGuest UserWe stayed at Potamia Cave Hotel for 3 nights, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The cave room was beautifully designed. Cozy, clean, and full of authentic caves. Every corner of the hotel felt magical and thoughtfully maintained.
The staff were incredibly warm, kind, and attentive. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of.
Breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay, with delicious Turkish breakfast and a great variety of local dishes that made every morning special.
The atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful and romantic, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Cappadocia. Waking up in a cave room was such a unique and memorable experience.
Thank you to the entire Potamia Cave Hotel team for the wonderful hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia. We would love to come back again!

We had a family King number.
It is big and cozy. Real cave, even the toilet in the cave. Characteristic darkness, but it only gives authenticity.
We lived in the room for 3 days and did not want to leave!
Very qualitative breakfasts are served. Fresh omlet, roasted cheese and green tubes, all kinds of cheeses, fresh vegetables, a plate with different varenings, fresh bread, coffee and tea are personally cooked for the family. We have always been satisfied and satisfied!
We didn't have time to leave the hotel, as there was a desire to return to our cozy cave again!
And what the view opens from the terrace!
The hotel is located on the top of the hill.
Important: The hotel is located in the village of Mustafa Pasha, it is about 20 km from Goreme (the tourist center) and not all the tours of Goreme take away from this hotel. But we are lucky our company Atmosphere took us from Mustafa Pasha without any supplements.
Just 5 km from Mustafa Pasha there is a town of Urgyup. You can get there by bus. It goes from the central square of Mustafa Pasha. It costs 30 lira.
For me, the location, remote from the noisier tourist center, was a plus.
There is no crowd of tourists here. And all in 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel you can see the cave monastery and church and other buildings completely free and at all without people. It's great. Near Goreme for such museums under the open sky take payment and a lot of people there.
This hotel I and all my family are happy with everything 100%. I also studied hotel reviews before the trip and they didn't fail! As agreed with all the positive reviews. The hotel owners were very hospitality and we would love to come back there with great pleasure!

Все сделано с душой и любовью. Одноразовые тапочки, гель для душа, шампунь, кондиционер. Все полотенца белоснежные. Чай, кофе, шоколадные батончики, вода бесплатно. В душе очень хороший напор воды.
Отель небольшой, но есть зона для отдыха с диванами и стульчиками. Вокруг цветы, растения.
Завтрак просто космос. Так вкусно и по-домашнему нас еще нигде не кормили. Овощи, сыры, настоящий бекон, клубника, киви, нутелла. Отдельно для каждого приготовили омлет и турецкие лепешки. Сама Эрен владелец данного отеля - очень чудесная женщина. Открытая. Добрая.
Возле отеля есть парковка. До ресторанов и магазинов недалеко. На машине ездили до поляны с запуском воздушных шаров, дорога заняла минут 10.
Однозначно рекомендую.

The rooms seamlessly blended a rustic charm with modern comforts, and having an in-room hamam was an absolute treat. The spa facilities were top-notch, providing a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. While walking around the property was a joy, the buggy service was a great convenience for those who preferred to ride.
The breakfast spread at the restaurant was delightful, offering a variety of fresh and delicious options. But beyond the aesthetics and amenities, it was the exceptional service from the team that truly made our stay special.
Kayakapi Caves is a destination in itself, and staying here while experiencing the magic of this UNESCO site made our trip even more memorable. Highly recommended!

Hhvoldjethe stuff is sooo friendly and helpful, the breakfast was amazing, the hotel location is near the ortahisar castle and the most popular street of the town with restaurants. it is 10 min from Göreme by car. the room is clean, comfortable, has everything you could need and WARM - the weather was cold and rainy, so this fact saved ours cold asses. but if you go during the warm or hot weather, take into account that room has no ventilation (no windows as well) except the door. so i recommend to book a room with a window here :)

Location; Perfect! - 5Min. away from the old town and ”Balıkıgöl”.
Personnel; not to overtake! - The staff is overtaking to friendliness and customer friendliness. The diving relationship is built immediately.
Do not look at guides or similar about .... The staff and the management are best informed and are happy to give tips and tour proposals.

It was already more than eight o'clock on the first day of arrival at the hotel, and it was very hot. The fat brother of the hotel hummed and helped my friend carry the luggage on the second floor. I saw that his back was wet ～
I lived in 103 that night, that voice was huge (because I slept lightly and was sensitive to sound), Chinese time at three or four in the morning, I contacted Trip.com customer service, I hope to move upstairs the next day, Trip.com communicated with the hotel and contacted me within half an hour, This speed of solving the problem 👍👍👍👍👍👍 Like thanks.
The next day I chatted with my brother, because the wind was very strong, so I blew it, so I didn't move to the second floor. Of course, because of the strong wind on the first night, our hot air balloon on the second day was cancelled ～
The middle hotel helped us arrange a car transfer to various attractions to check in and coordinate the reservation of hot air balloons. The boss also joined it. Serious, enthusiastic and sincere, they made us feel at home and very safe. In short, if you encounter any problems, rest assured, the hotel and Trip.com are there, very at ease.
Today we left Kapa, because the flight was early, the hotel also prepared a light meal for us to take away, very intimate.
