GGuest UserIch habe mich in diesem Hotel rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, das jederzeit hilfsbereit war und den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Die zentrale Lage ist ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden, und dennoch war es ruhig und erholsam. Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel – ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

GGuest UserI chose the suite at this hotel and had my own balcony and dining/lounge area with a view. It was very private because the use of the balcony was exclusive to ones staying at the upstairs suite. This building is almost 700 years old and located within the old city of Mardin, inhabited as early as 3000BCE. The staff was exceptionally hospitable and made everything comfortable, also spoke English well. One can order food and wine (that this area is know for) so it was nice to be able to dine in our private table and balcony. Breakfast was good, everything worked: wifi, tv, bathroom, airconditioning. Located within the old city, it was walking distance to the important places to explore. Be sure to let them know your arrival time in order to work out the logistics since parking needs to be planned and it would be easy to get lost in these winding streets. One needs to be in pretty good shape to walk around this city. I would recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserI liked it just when we left the hotel, we stayed five nights, we were lazy workers, we were like our house, they were very gentle about cleaning in very good rooms, climate in very good breakfast, very perfect in the same way

BBusraThe people working at the hotel were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and neat. The location is just walking distance to everywhere in Eski Mardin (Old Mardin). I enjoyed staying at Tuğhan Hotel.
