Hotels with Breakfast in Mardin

I chose the suite at this hotel and had my own balcony and dining/lounge area with a view. It was very private because the use of the balcony was exclusive to ones staying at the upstairs suite. This building is almost 700 years old and located within the old city of Mardin, inhabited as early as 3000BCE. The staff was exceptionally hospitable and made everything comfortable, also spoke English well. One can order food and wine (that this area is know for) so it was nice to be able to dine in our private table and balcony. Breakfast was good, everything worked: wifi, tv, bathroom, airconditioning. Located within the old city, it was walking distance to the important places to explore. Be sure to let them know your arrival time in order to work out the logistics since parking needs to be planned and it would be easy to get lost in these winding streets. One needs to be in pretty good shape to walk around this city. I would recommend this hotel.

I loved my stay with Sultan Konagi Hotel. Great location, most friendly and helpful host and excellent breakfast. I highly recommend this place with awesome rooftop view.

The interior view is absolutely beautiful and feels so exotic to me coming from China—like a little oasis tucked away from the world. The people here are incredibly warm and lovely, which makes the whole experience even more special. Don’t forget to check out the artwork on the walls—the owner is actually the artist behind it, which adds such a personal and creative touch. This is definitely a stay you don’t want to miss if you want to truly elevate your experience. I already know that whenever I think about Sem, it will bring a smile to my face.

Highly recommend this hotel to everyone! As so many stayers at the hotel said, the location is sooo convenient to everywhere. It is right in the middle of the town! Also there is a fancy restaurant out there with gazebo, from where you can have a whole glance at the scene of this city. Meanwhile the manager is handsome and so helpful to give good advice on tourism! You won't regret to stay here.
