The staff at reception were kind and helpful. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were both tasty and affordable. The shuttle bus service to the Erciyes ski resort was also good (12 USD) for a return ticket.

TTamerWe went to Erciyes for skiing as a family. We stayed in the center of Kayseri. You can reach Erciyes by car in 25 km and 25 minutes. The location of the hotel, its rooms, its building were good. The temperature of the rooms, its bathroom and its width were adequate. It was also successful in terms of cleanliness. But the breakfast was very good. Especially the soups were amazing. I think it is one of the best hotels you can stay in for its price.
