Compared to other hotels, the reception wasn't really warm. I would have liked to have been offered help at least with the suitcase transport.
Apparently there is a bar/nightclub upstairs. Accordingly, there is a high noise level at night.

We had a ‘duplex’. Living room and bedroom on the second floor. Very comfortable couch and even more comfortable bed. Very clean. Very affordable. Very nice and helpful staff at the reception, 24/7. It was like having oir own home.

Şehir içi otel denince 1 numaram böyle güzel bir hizmet az gördüm. Odamız hergün eksiksiz temizlendi herşey yenilendi ilk günkü gibi. Kahvaltısı kaliteli malzemelerden hazırlanmıştı herşey tazeydi. Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Her akşam roofta kaliteli canlı müzik dinledik ortam nezihti. Teşekkürler

У меня украли украшение в данном отеле. Ничем мне не помогли. Персонал не говорит по английски от слова совсем. На русском только один человек. На заявление о краже мне ответили одно,надо было хранить его в сейфе. Я просто в ужасе. Я сняла его перед походом в спа. Помимо этого, в отеле было постоянно накурено, во всех коридорах, зимой слабое отопление,холодно,скудный завтрак,который не пополняют,если все съели значит съели. Вообщем впечатления плохие. Я очень разочарована. Было ужасно обидно из за кражи любимой вещи.

Fier Hotel genel olarak Kayseri'de konakladığım en samimi otel işletmesidir diyebilirim. Çalışanlarından ön büro'da Behiye hanım ve ekip arkadaşları sizin rahatınız ve konforunuz için gerçekten çaba sarfediyorlar. Aynı zamanda kahvaltı sırasında Cansu hanım başta olmak üzere sürekli ilgilenerek masanızda boş tabak beklemeden anında işlem yapıyorlar. Çayınız mı bitti hemen yenisiyle takviye yapıyorlar. Kısacası bu enerjileri takdire şayandır.

Arkadaslar olarak kayak tatiline gittik , otel çok güZel temiz bir otel ama çalışanları ayrı bir güZel hele resepsyondaki burak bey son derece güleryüzüyle her türlü sorunu çözüyor ve mülayim yapısıyla insanlara çok güzel açıklamalarda bulunuyor dünyada ve türkiye de cok otelde kalmama rağmen böyle işini severek yapan personele az rastladım ,,, restorandaki burak bey de yemek konusunda biZe cok yardımcı oldu ama personelin genel anlamda hepsi ilgili,, otelde spa merkezini kullandık çok beğendik , tek dezavantaj benim açımdan hafta sonları roof restoranda canlı müZik oldugıundan ses geliyor odalara o sorun da giderilirse bence bi kusuru kalmayacak ,

Otelin içi, odalar çok temiz. Çalışan personel ilgili. Sabah kahvaltısı açık büfe ve bol çeşit bulunmakta.
İki tane negatif yanı var sadece. Bazı geceler otelin roof barındaki müzik çok geç saate kadar devam ediyor, sesten rahatsızlık hisseden için can sıkıcı olabilir. İkinicisi ise eğer aracınız yoksa veya taksi tercih etmiyorsanız toplu ulaşıma uzak. Bu iki durum dışında çok keyifli ve memnun bir tatil geçirdim. Özellikle otelin personeli çok yardımsever.
