TTraveller1401We had an amazing stay! The camp was brand new and very clean. The beach sand was so soft! We want to thank Joey, the wonderful and attentive Camp Cayla staff who made our stay great. As soon as we arrived he arranged everything according to what we liked. He asked us if we wanted to rent a scooter which we choose to do and he organised everything! In the middle of the night we didn’t know how to turn the aircon off (we were holding it too far away) and he was at our door within a few minutes and showed us how to turn it off. He was always on-site and took care of us well! The room was very clean, comfortable and cosy. There were some small ants but that’s expected. We had insect spray so it was fine.
Negatives: The property is not fenced so there lots of dogs that come very close, this maybe an issue for people that have a fear of dogs or if there’s small children playing around. The bar/ restaurant/ reception area is not ready yet, there is no where to buy food close by.

GGuest UserMae Pim is so so lovely..a true Thao beach village..with everything. 1 hour from ban phe..totally worth staying 4 days.Chicken house has big rooms, aie con, super clean, can rent a motor bike to go have fun..this is Thai culture..fresh beachside cafes..fresh seafood and night markets up in Klaeng 20 minutes away
Chicken house is 10 minutes away from the beach by motorbike and very quiet. The family that runs it is very foreigner friendly and helpful.

The beach is also very beautiful with a lot of lovely peacocks.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Actually we want to relax here as I read a lot of reviews many people say the island was very beautiful and quiet not busy but we had such bad luck. The other group makes noise all the time too loud. Staff apologies about it.
I like everything here since I took the boat until I went back. Accept at that time I went too busy and annoyed very much.

RRos lucarelliThe swimming pools are really nice . bedroom as a glass door so no privacy if your kid sleeps in sofa bed ..as all facilities you need ..bu you need a motorbike to go beach .we rented one ..if you want walk will take you 15 minutes to shops and the beach ..hotel as a bar restaurant too .so overall I would recommend .photo is of breakfast we had at restaurant on the swimming pool ..really honest price ..135 bath including fresh orange juice

The location is near Ao Kai Pier where we are going for one day fun dive in Rayong.
Since the distance between GrandBlue Resort & Beachclub (Mae Phim Beach) and the Ban Phe Pier area (where Ao Kai Pier is likely located) is a manageable 20-25 km (about a 25-minute drive), it definitely makes the resort convenient for divers.

GGuest UserThe accommodation is quiet, the water is clear, the beach is beautiful, you can see the corals with your naked eyes. There are many types of accommodation, but Zone C can see the sunrise from the room. Very impressed with both the service and the beauty around the island. If the beach is cleared of trash, it will be very beautiful.

GGuest UserMy wife and I had a rest from 12/9/2024 to 12/20/2024. We arrived at 6 am. They checked us in right away without any problems or extra charges. The hotel is old and very beautiful. Everything around is green and beautiful. I was especially impressed by the pool. It is large and deep, surrounded by palm trees, flowers and stone figures. The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful place. There are very few tourists. But opposite is a fish market and many cafes where you can always eat fresh seafood. The sea is crystal clear. The beach is huge and empty. The room is simple, but everything worked. Breakfasts are also simple, but everything is quite tasty. The hotel is suitable for a relaxing holiday. Everything calms down at 7-8 pm. Cons: Pharmacies, massage parlors and expensive transfers are far away. But overall we had a great rest.

GGuest Userhost oom was veary helpfull staff where nice service was good facilities are in good shape or 30 years old swimming pool a bit run down its under repair but still open had pizza for dinner was ok 3/10 breakfast you have 2 choose American or joke witch is a thai like porridge .its close to the ocean 2 min walk nice place over all 8/10
