Pros Nice room, new building, very comfortable bed, and plenty of pillows (2 per person). The bathroom is clean. I stayed on the 5th floor and the water pressure was strong. There’s sufficient parking space. The staff are polite and friendly, and the bellboy is very kind. A 7-Eleven is nearby. The price is reasonable and good value for money. Cons - It’s a bit far from the city center compared to other hotels. - There is a smart TV, but it couldn’t connect to the hotel Wi-Fi, so I had to use my own hotspot to watch Netflix 😂 Overall I was very impressed, and if I visit this province again, I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel hidden in Khon Kaen city. A peaceful and quiet location away from the busy traffic, but close enough to everything. The breakfast was great with a wide variety of Thai and western choices. Had a late check out also so that was a bonus. Swimming pool was a delight along with the adjoining small coffee shop. Second time staying here so surrounding are familiar. Staff friendly and attentive

The bed was huge, and the air conditioning worked great! The room itself was spacious. There's a semi-indoor pool, but the water was cold this time of year, so I didn't go for a swim. The sunset from the 4th-floor terrace was magnificent! And the fish tank in the lobby was really pretty!

The rooms are good, and the staff is great. The housekeeping staff is especially good. All the front desk staff provide excellent service. The room was clean and the bed was soft, but the stairwell was a bit dark. I recommend using the elevator. Overall, it's pretty good!

Though this is one of the city’s older hotels, it’s impressively well-maintained and continuously improved. The attentive staff, excellent cleanliness, and quality amenities made for a very pleasant stay. Highlights and Impressions From the moment of arrival, the hospitality stood out. The team greeted us warmly, and the bell staff were quick to assist with luggage and loading or unloading the car. Overflow parking is conveniently located in a nearby covered structure, and a small shuttle cart is available if needed. Our Deluxe Double Room was spotless and comfortable. Linens and towels were clean and in great shape, and the room felt freshly updated. A newly installed 43” Samsung Smart TV worked perfectly for streaming via Fire Stick, and the walk-in shower provided strong water pressure and consistent hot water. Toiletries included shampoo, body wash, shower cap, and cotton swabs. The only downside was that slippers were unavailable during our stay. Breakfast offered a satisfying variety with a made-to-order egg station, boiled eggs, fresh salads, and a mix of Thai and Western items. The salad was crisp and fresh, though the butter substitute and instant coffee were a bit disappointing. Espresso and cappuccino drinks are available for an additional charge. The pool area is inviting but lacks enough lounge chairs — a small improvement that would make a big difference. The fitness center, however, was excellent, featuring modern, well-maintained machines, cardio and weight equipment, and a designated space for stretching or boxing. The wellness center provides great value as well — a relaxing 90-minute foot massage costs only 240 baht (about $7.50). The room was spacious, almost excessively so, leaving quite a bit of unused space. While two chairs are provided, a small sofa or lounge would make the room feel more complete. I stayed three nights and really enjoyed it. The hotel is not new, has a pleasant retro vibe. The windows are looking into the garden, nice and green, with a couple of tables and garden swings. The atmosphere is very quiet and peaceful, even though it's close to a big street. There is ICBC atm just near the entrance. Staff was polite and nice (although I didn't really interact because I don't speak Thai). I arrived close to midnight, and the receptionist was there to check me in. My room didn't get a lot of sunlight (because of the tall trees just outside), but I didn't mind because I was only there to rest and sleep. You'll need to bring your own toothbrush and paste, or you can buy from the reception or 7-11 nearby. Free bottled water, also you can refill downstairs. Coffee, tea and jam toast, self service, in the morning. The bed was huge and comfy, I had the best sleep in a while. Also loved Vietnamese restaurant just across the street. Would definitely stay again and choose a room on the ground floor, to have direct garden access.

Great location and room variety—just mind the hallway noise! We had a pleasant stay and booked three different room types for our group: a Family room (1 Queen + 1 Single), a Twin room, and a Double. The room sizes were quite acceptable—neither too small nor overly spacious, making them a comfortable ”middle ground.” The location is another major highlight. It’s very convenient for exploring on foot, with plenty of local eateries nearby. It is also not a far trip to the Central Shopping Mall, which was a big plus for us. The only real drawback was the soundproofing. The walls/doors seem a bit thin, as we could clearly hear people chatting or walking by in the hallway. Fortunately, the foot traffic was light during our stay, so it wasn't a constant issue, but it’s something to consider if you are a light sleeper!

The room is great — clean, comfortable, and well-designed. The atmosphere is relaxing, and everything feels thoughtfully prepared. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

This was a stopover for us and absolutely met all of our criteria. Great parking next to the cottage. Clean and spacious cottage with very comfy bed. Very tricky to find as Google wanted to take us to another Greenview resort in Maha Sarakam so spent 30 minutes finding the resort. Dog friendly. TV was hard to get going (and there is nothing else to do at the resort)...in fact we were told the entire TV system resort wide was broken (which wasn't the case but you have to go through the Source option to align with the minix box). For food...you have to use Grab who will deliver direct to your cottage. All in a very pleasant stay and I would use as a stopover or for the nearby golf course in the future for sure.

The hotel is clean enough, had a lovely view of the lake and the beds were comfy, air con worked, and it was decent basic accommodation. The wardrobe doors were broken and the drains smelt from the bathroom, which wasn't the nicest. To be honest the whole place could do with a facelift and a lick of paint but the room we had was spacious and its cheap, simple accommodation. The rooftop is actually very lovely, with views out over the lake and the city. We didn't eat in the hotel so can't comment on that. The staff were friendly with no frills, and we all did our best to communicate with English/Thai barrier.
