"The reviews weren't great, but when I actually went, it wasn't bad at all. The room wasn't huge, but it had all the amenities, the bathroom was clean, and the bed was comfortable. When I stayed, there was nothing really negative. The AC was cold, and they even provided an extra fan. The breakfast buffet was the best! The laab (spicy minced meat salad) was delicious, especially with rice. They also had congee, fruit, salad, and bread. The hotel is located right behind Central Khon Kaen Campus. It was still under construction when I visited, but now that it's finished, it must be super convenient. I'm worried the prices will go up, haha! If I go back, I'd definitely want to stay here again. Highly recommended!"

분따I really love this place! It's convenient, clean, and comfortable, plus it's close to all the places I want to visit. They have a gym, a swimming pool, and a fantastic spa – too bad I didn't get to use them. There's also a free karaoke room for an hour. I'll be back on the 26th!

Chris mark7I arrived at the hotel by taxi from Khon Kaen Airport, which took about 20 minutes.
There was some traffic congestion on the main road in front of the hotel, so it's something to consider when you're traveling around.
Many reviews mentioned that the route involving changing elevators was complicated, which made me a bit worried. However, I personally found it not difficult at all and perfectly fine.
For amenities, I conveniently used the restaurant on the 27th floor and the coffee shop on the 1st floor. There's also a 7-Eleven nearby, which was great for picking up essentials.
The room, while feeling a bit older than it appeared in the photos, was overall clean and well-maintained, making it pleasant. The water pressure in the bathroom and shower was strong and satisfying.
What truly stood out was the exceptional friendliness of all the staff, especially those at the front desk on the 1st floor.
While it might not be fair to compare it to 5-star global chain hotels in Bangkok, considering it's in the Khon Kaen area, I believe it's an excellent hotel overall in terms of facilities and service.

The staff were very attentive and provided great service. Right from the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted by the security guard's warm and cheerful smile.

The bed was huge, and the air conditioning worked great! The room itself was spacious. There's a semi-indoor pool, but the water was cold this time of year, so I didn't go for a swim. The sunset from the 4th-floor terrace was magnificent! And the fish tank in the lobby was really pretty!

The hotel is good. There is a lot of parking, it is clean, the staff is very helpful, it is quiet, and there is Wi-Fi in the room. Everything is good except for the bed. The bed is a bit hard. I woke up with a little soreness.

The hotel is clean enough, had a lovely view of the lake and the beds were comfy, air con worked, and it was decent basic accommodation. The wardrobe doors were broken and the drains smelt from the bathroom, which wasn't the nicest. To be honest the whole place could do with a facelift and a lick of paint but the room we had was spacious and its cheap, simple accommodation. The rooftop is actually very lovely, with views out over the lake and the city. We didn't eat in the hotel so can't comment on that. The staff were friendly with no frills, and we all did our best to communicate with English/Thai barrier.
