AAnonymous UserRelatively new place with beach front view (but no beach access). Still with excellent pool and diner/bar. A little out of hua hin city so nice and quiet especially during peak tourist season. Staff were accommodating and room was comfortable with all basic amenities.

PPWOhseThree great swimming pools to choose from. Lovely open air restaurant overlooking the beach front was very popular with plenty of cocktails to choose from. Fast check in and out. All the breakfast options are available. Room was large, cool, bright and well serviced. Will be back.

Though the bathroom heater was broken, the housekeeper repair immediately and change the new one for us!

AAnonymous UserEverything is good only that there is a wedding party during our stay. And it’s very loud and disruptive. The kids couldnt use the pool and the noise was just very loud, not very relaxing. Don’t think we will come back again. Hopefully the hotel notify all guests about the party.

DDom_-_BaumEverything was great. But there should be introduced a policy that towels shall be removed from sunbeds by the staff, especially when the towels are placed before breakfast, and then nobody shows up for more than an hour.

Facilities: The facilities are exceptionally comprehensive and well-equipped; they truly have everything. There's a kids' zone, a gym, entertainment areas, and plenty of leisure options.
Cleanliness: Everything was immaculately clean. The housekeeping staff clearly does a very thorough job.
Environment: The ambiance is very peaceful and quiet. It's perfect for those seeking tranquility. If you prefer a more bustling atmosphere, the Hilton in the city center might be a better fit.
Service: Every staff member was extremely courteous and polite. The service deserves full marks. I highly recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserThis is my second time here. The hotel is clean. My family enjoyed our stay so much. However, the breakfast wasn't as good as we expected. I think the quality of the breakfast dropped from five years ago, when I visited here for the first time.

TThipkrittaCleanliness needs significant improvement. With a 3 PM check-in and 12 PM check-out, there's a 3-hour window for cleaning before the next guest arrives, so I would expect the room to be spotless. I found a used cotton bud in the drawer below the mirror and a used shower gel bottle left under the bathroom sink. In-room slippers were not provided; I had to request them, when they should really be a standard amenity available without asking.
On the positive side, I loved the room's great view and the beachfront bar, which was a perfect spot to relax and chill out. The bar staff were incredibly entertaining. Overall, other aspects of my stay were quite good.

CChangKids enjoyed the facilities. Though on last night of our stay there was a big party held in the hotel and the music was way to loud and didn’t stop until 11pm. It was not nice at all since it is a kids friendly hotel and that noice caused problem to our children’s sleep.

No soundproofing, so you may hear neighbors, especially from connecting doors.
Cleaning everyday service is fine.
This Radisson with good park and beautiful pool on sea side, pool bar and restaurant.
About flaws - sometimes power cut off happened, no electricity, so can't use lift, no charge device, no info, no calls, no apologies from hotel staff...very strange! Power cut here its easy way for people to meet in lobbyto talk 😂
On restaurant no fusion, very old style menu, you can eat pizza everyday) not enough vegetarian food. Food here maybe expensive.
Please remember around hotel small village so you can hear dogs, chickens, wild birds sounds so loud and very often especially at night.
What is good is fresh air breeze from sea ))) I like it!

choice of fruits with cheese, coffee, and lilbit lovely indian veg dishes, delicious paratha and samosa with some masala, thanks to kitchen staff!!! On restaurant sometimes too hot on breakfast without AC.
Hotel with kids club, so your children maybe like it ))) there is friendly staff play with kids, thanks a lot!
Staff hardly understand English language, but some of them can use app for translation for better communication.
Its easy take taxi to Hua Hin mall to enjoy food & music..
Well, if you like relax around Cha-am/ Hua Hin is good place on sea side, where to rest with joy is possible...
We enjoy our vacation very much!!!
