The hotel is located right by the beach in a less crowded area, ideal for a romantic date night, just listening to the waves. It's incredibly blissful! I was very happy with the view in our hotel room. Whilst there was a small problem with the air conditioning towards the end of our stay, the hotel ended up providing up a full refund for the remaining days despite the fact that we had to cancel our booking due to a change in travel plans. The restaurant is so underated and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Highly recommended!
When I first arrived at the main gate, I thought, ”Oh no, this place is way too desolate.”
Then I decided to walk towards the beach, and suddenly there was a bustling street! There's a 7-Eleven just 30 meters away, and the entire road has over a kilometer of shops. It's just that this area isn't a popular tourist spot, so most places close down right after 10 PM.

Guest UserEvery staff member provided excellent service. The room was spacious. On the day we checked in, we paid extra at the hotel to upgrade to a pool access room, which made it much more convenient for the kids to swim. The beach in front of the hotel is beautiful and clean. The breakfast was good, and the staff kept refilling everything. I loved it! I'll definitely come back again.

Guest UserAttended a wedding at a sister hotel and didn't realize it was within the same compound – super convenient! The room was beautiful and private; I could have stayed in all day. The beach is right next to the hotel. Dinner with my partner was amazing, and the fire show at 8 PM was very impressive. Just a heads-up, this particular room is quite a distance from the beach. If you want a room right by the pool or closer to the beach, it's best to ask the hotel what room type you'd need.

Guest UserGreat accommodation, just cross the street and you're at the beach. The breakfast offered a good variety. The restaurant in front of the hotel in the evening was delicious and reasonably priced. The hotel has two clean swimming pools. My only minor issue was with the bell staff; I had to constantly ask for help with my luggage even though they could see I had bags. They should offer to help carry them, not just open the door and say 'welcome' and then leave me to carry three bags up myself.

MxffGreat atmosphere, delicious breakfast, and clean rooms. However, the bathroom in my room (in Building A) had a window at the top that looked directly into another building. Thankfully, it seemed unoccupied during my stay. I'd suggest the hotel inspect this, as it made me uncomfortable while using the bathroom and showering.

Ekaterina KuzThis place is excellent for a family vacation with kids. The pools are great, but the beach entry isn't very good. The food is top-notch. The masterclasses in the kids' club are a bit pricey, and renting extra equipment is also quite expensive.
There's a village nearby, but no shops or pharmacies. It's very difficult to call a taxi through apps like Bolt or Grab; we waited several times for 1-1.5 hours and ended up canceling.
We saw jellyfish in the sea and decided not to swim there. We also encountered huge cockroaches in our room and smaller ones around the hotel.
The staff is very friendly and polite.

kkaykaySpacious hotel with lots of space/area for choosing to spend time with family. Overall atmosphere/furniture is pretty old but still functional. The triple room (3 beds) is so huge with sofas and balcony too!
