EElvin’sThe hotel is a beautiful building that stands out from other houses in Asuncion. Luxurious interior decoration, the interior is worthy of photography. Nice rooms. Very tasty breakfasts. Friendly staff. The only negative is the lack of slippers and shoehorns in the rooms.

ЖЖанна БОчень аутентичный отель!! С виду не приметный , но уже на входе понимаешь что здесь поработал дизайнер. Большой номер с огромной кроватью. В номере есть сейф, минибар, фен…. Завтрак приносится на отдельных подносах, индивидуально. Очень рекомендую. Если не хотите стандартный отель, берите Factory, не пожалеете.

GGuest UserWie wurden sehr nett empfangen und konnten das Zimmer auch schon früher beziehen. Der Pool ist sauber und schön zum abkühlen und schwimmen. Leider konnten wir die Fenster nicht öffnen und das Licht war defekt bzw. hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Man kann auch nicht richtig abdunkeln. Trotzdem können wir das Appartement empfehlen und auch wieder hier übernachten.

CCarlos113Excellent location, the reception is 24 hours. It has kitchen, refrigerator and even washing machine, the view from the balcony very good. This nearby restaurants and a shopping centre. Wi-Fi is well functioning. This great for a trip to Asuncion

Las camas cómodas, el desayuno todo delicioso y abundante (jugos, café, te, yogures; panes, salados, dulces). Super tranquilo, lo repetiría y recomiendo.

The pool is not heated and in the morning a bit fresh, but big and clean.
Room service was above expectations, I would definitely stay again.
