"We stayed 10 days at this hotel, and the service was impeccable. They treated us wonderfully. The hotel is beautiful, with a colonial style and high ceilings. My only complaint was the noise from the air conditioners located on the exterior of the rooms, which is unavoidable in the summer heat. When we complained, they immediately found us a better room. Without a doubt, the best thing about Paraguay is the Paraguayan people! Such wonderful hospitality! I will definitely return!"

I arrived on an early morning flight and went to the hotel, where I was allowed to check in early and was able to get a good night's rest. The hotel is fully equipped with a kitchen and cooking appliances, so you can shop at a nearby supermarket and cook. The front desk staff don't speak English, but they used a translation app to help me understand the information I needed."

"We arrived at the hotel exhausted, and the receptionist told us to carry our own luggage. When I inquired about bellhop service, she said she would check. We then asked about the restaurant's operating hours and were simply told to wait! She proceeded to give a lengthy explanation without ever actually confirming the restaurant's hours. Upon entering our room, we found the air conditioning wasn't working. We were told someone would come up to check immediately. After a significant delay, we went back down, only to be informed that their generator wasn't powerful enough. Fortunately, we were granted a refund. However, I absolutely do not recommend this hotel and would not return, even if it were free. The service and attention were abysmal."
