"Hotels that rely on integrity are on the verge of collapse. The front desk staff don't keep their word. They discriminate against Asians. The facilities are outdated and dilapidated. The breakfast is even worse; it doesn't look like human food. Always ask the price of everything or your stay beforehand, otherwise they'll charge exorbitant fees. I advise the travel agency to be removed from the list; otherwise, it will only damage your travel credibility."

"I am very happy with this hotel. I arrived in the city quite early so I asked if I could leave my luggage with them until check in time. They kindly agreed to this. All of the staff are excellent, professional and efficient. The room was spacious and clean. It was serviced every day I was there and towels were changed daily. There was a fridge in the room and the bottled water was restocked every day. There was also lots of room in the fridge for other drinks etc The breakfast was the best I have encountered on this South American trip. It included eggs, meats, cheese, bread, cakes, fruit juice, coffee and more I used their laundry service. I left it with them in the morning and everything was hanging up in my room when I returned in the late afternoon. The location was perfect, a short walk from many sights including the river, cathedral, Government Buildings and the Railway Museum. It's easy to get a Taxi, Uber or Bolt to any part of the city or beyond. It was about a 15 minute trip to the Coach Station. I would highly recommend this excellent Hotel. Thank you"
