We are happy to have chosen this hotel to stay for 3 nights.
1. Fairly new and trendy design and facilities. Large size rooms that are clean and well equipped.
2. Excellent location to Fatima sanctuary.
3. Staff are courteous and helpful. Special mention to Ms Komal who welcomed and checked us in. She made a good impression and represented Mercure very well. The hotel must keep good staff like her and trained all to that standard.
4. Very good breakfast selection and warm dishes like eggs cooked to your order.
Highly recommended!

idrchristinegThis is one of the loveliest hotel I stayed in Fatima. It was incredibly cheap with superb service. The location is also very ideal - near the shrine, souvenir shops, and the shepherd's little way s(tations of the cross). The reception people are very lovely people too!

It was a very cozy nice hotel near the Sanctuary of our Lady. Nice to hear the peeling of bells during the day. The staff is nice. Breakfast buffet at €10 is ample and good. Will definitely return and recommend.

A good location and staff at the reception was really helpful and nice . The room was ok, not very clean because of dust inside the room. Overall it was a good stay for short time.

imabhithakur.ak47Let me start with the good things.
1. location: this hotel located in better place.Very close to the bus stops, and most attractions are reachable by foot(although there are many steep hills).
2. Breakfast: The breakfast was quite decent, as you would expect from a hotel of this class.
3. The room was a bit small, but overall OK, The bathroom was good size and also OK.

Excellent location and beautiful facilities, also have 😍 very varied and good quality buffet breakfast. They also have a bar/cafeteria and a souvenir shop, if you are a customer you get 10% discount and prices are well compared to those outside. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. If I had to complain about something, I stayed 3 nights and they just put water on the first day, when I asked for it, they charged me something expensive, usually the water is courtesy, but here not, take it into account. I would stay again, especially for the location and quality of breakfast.

Rafa GilGreat location… few steps from Santuario de Fatima. Close to Bus stop too. Great service at reception !
Room: big and spacious. Breakfast basic with choices … just normal.
Down side: no USB plugs in the room, smells strong (probably because the carpet), bath bit slippery (if travel with kids or elderly can be a challenge)

We just stayed there for a night with some friends. The room was clean and the location fantastic - close to everything and to Santuary of Fátima.
Found the service slightly slow, and the price of meals on the expensive side. Overall I recommend staying there and will stay again.
