I was travelling with kids and can tell that from day 1 every time we needed assistance we could get it. The receptionist even helped us with the taxi on our way out as it was raining and although the bus stop was less than 10 min walk with the rain it was just not doable, especially with kids😟 The hotel location is convenient for a short walk to the Museum of Fátima and the Shrine of Fátima."
