Had a wonderful stay as a couple celebrating our wedding anniversary. The room was spacious, clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The staff were very accommodating and always greeted us with a smile. The location was convenient, and the amenities made our stay even more relaxing especially the pool🤩. Breakfast was also delicious with plenty of choices. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends🥰 Looking forward to staying here again!

Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, always ensuring the room remained tidy and fully stocked. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional customer service. Every staff member we encountered was polite, attentive, and always willing to help. Whether it was assisting with our luggage, giving recommendations for nearby attractions, or responding quickly to requests, the service consistently went above and beyond. It’s rare to find a hotel where every employee genuinely seems to care about the guests’ experience. The amenities were also outstanding. The swimming pool area was relaxing and beautifully maintained, perfect for both families and couples. The hotel’s restaurant served delicious food with a wide variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The breakfast buffet in particular was excellent, offering both local and international dishes that were fresh and flavorful. The atmosphere throughout the property was peaceful, relaxing, and ideal for a much-needed getaway. The location of the hotel was another major advantage. It was conveniently situated near popular tourist spots, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it easy to explore the area while still enjoying a quiet and comfortable retreat at the end of the day. Overall, our stay was truly memorable, and I can confidently say this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. Everything — from the cleanliness and facilities to the outstanding hospitality — was top-notch. The room looks neat and tidy, good value for money, bed and pillows are cosy and comfy, the food for breakfast has a good variety. We are full and happy

The whole place was nice and the I like the small size like there's a mid size pool sorrounded by rooms. So basically the pool or even just the view is very accessible and visible from your room. There is also a small gazebo where they serve breakfast. So this again is very near to the rooms. So the small size feels homey. I can come back again but I just want to make sure that the hotel will not be fully occupied because if that's so then it will lose its charm due to overcrowding especially if there's an event. Which brings me to this topic - I booked and was confirmed for 2 nights but upon check in I was told Trip.com made a mistake with the hotel so they can't accommodate me on the 2nd night. In fairness to the hotel manager, she made arrangements for me to be booked in another nearby bigger hotel (with a good buffet breakfast) the following morning. Aside from this anxious moment, my stay was pleasant - attentive service staff, nice ambiance, passable breakfast since it's just plated with 3in1 coffee. Overall it's good value for money.

The location is also convenient, providing easy access to key areas in Iloilo while still feeling peaceful and quiet. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience. LOCATION: Very convenient. Right at the heart of the city. Essentially, one jeepney ride away from most of the known city attractions. A few meters away from the La Paz Public Market, home to some of the finest La Paz Batchoy the city has to offer. ROOM: Nothing fancy. It gets the job done if you're looking for a place to stay and rest for an overnight business trip. It is just unfortunate that the room (Room 401) that got assigned to me was facing the main street. The sounds of the vehicles was audible from the inside. Also, the aircon was malfunctioning the entire night. STAFF: Very friendly and kind. Will I stay here again? Yes. Just hoping I won't get assigned to Room 401.

The room is great. Location is near SM City Iloilo, walking distance. Near the diversion road, didn’t expect that our room has a refrigerator, microwave, sink and even a dining table. Just like a pad. We stayed at Bangkok room, just so know the free wifi can’t reach the room though.

Ong Bun Pension House is a decent and budget-friendly place to stay. The location is convenient and the place itself is generally okay for short stays. The rooms are simple but comfortable enough if you’re just looking for a place to rest after a day of exploring. However, one thing to note is that the number of CRs and shower rooms is quite limited, which can sometimes be inconvenient when many guests are staying at the same time. There may be times when you have to wait, especially during busy hours. Overall, it’s still a reasonable option if you’re looking for an affordable place to stay and don’t mind the shared facilities.
