The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. From the lobby to the guest room, every area was spotless, fresh, and very well maintained. The room was comfortable, organized, and provided a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of work. The service was one of the highlights of my stay. The staff were consistently warm, courteous, professional, and attentive to every request. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the team made sure that all my needs were promptly addressed. I was also impressed with the hotel amenities. The facilities were complete, functional, and thoughtfully designed for both comfort and productivity. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable, the room amenities were sufficient, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was quiet and conducive for rest and work. Overall, Richmonde Hotel Iloilo provided a seamless, comfortable, and satisfying experience. Excellent Stay with Outstanding Staff Support We stayed one night at Del Rio in Iloilo and it turned out to be a memorable experience, thanks mainly to the incredibly caring and professional Front Office staff. During our stay, I suddenly experienced a massive abdominal pain . The FO team was amazing — they immediately assisted me, provided painkillers, prepared a hot compress, and even called a medic to ensure I received proper treatment. Their genuine concern and quick action really made us feel well taken care of. I can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond. The breakfast the next morning was incredible, with a wide variety of choices ranging from delicious local Iloilo dishes to continental options. Everything was fresh and tasty — definitely one of the highlights of our stay. We also loved having direct access to the Esplanade, which made for a perfect morning run with beautiful views. The only downside was that the pool was not operating during our visit. Overall, despite the short stay, Del Rio left a very positive impression because of its helpful staff and great breakfast. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Iloilo. Highly recommended!

The room is okay for one, I didn’t like the fact that it didn’t have a window, it felt stuffy and moist because there wasn’t proper ventilation. I had voucher for 4 days breakfast but I only ate for two days because they served the same things. Rice, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. The hotels they provided looked too old and dirty and couldn’t use it. But anyways if you’re looking for somewhere affordable just a night or two, it’s manageable.

Pros: The hotel's location is super convenient, just across a major road from SM Mall. Cons: Not enough power outlets in the room, and amenities were insufficient (I booked a twin room for two, but only got one toothbrush set). The soundproofing definitely needs improvement (when the next door room opened their door, it sounded like someone was opening mine). Also, the shower curtain could be longer; water still splattered out during showers.

We are locals of Iloilo and always on staycation in several hotels in the city. This is the first time we stayed in citadines  mngt in the city which formerly amigo terrace hotel.  We booked 2 rooms for week end stay. Room is nice, comfortable. Location is great. Staffs are warm and friendly.  Breakfast is rubbish ! Boom panis! Yes , the fried rice is spoiled not just normal spoil but it’s webbed liquid. For sure it’s over a day or stored completely out of temperature. To align with similar 4 stars in the city in terms of food, this hotel is behind. Limited selection charging of 400 pesos for breakfast, agree that this is cheap also compare to other hotels.  The whole family didn’t enjoyed the breakfast, we ate but with the doubt of unsafe food.

Check-in was a breeze. The front desk staff were very friendly and proactively helped me choose a room type. The room itself was cozy and well-equipped, and I especially appreciated the practical wet/dry separation in the bathroom. The cleanliness was impeccable; not a speck of dust even in the corners. I had a very comfortable stay!

Their breakfast meal isnt satisfying, always have the same food as in 3 consecutive breakfast always egg and chorizo/longganisa. The tap water is so chlorinated you can smell and feel the chlorine over your body. Overall, its okay. Thank you!

The room is great. Location is near SM City Iloilo, walking distance. Near the diversion road, didn’t expect that our room has a refrigerator, microwave, sink and even a dining table. Just like a pad. We stayed at Bangkok room, just so know the free wifi can’t reach the room though.

The staff was friendly and helpful since yung isang room is may issue sa AC so I asked her to check and she did pero same padin so she decided so transfer my friend to another room. The location is nice malapit sa mall but about the cleanliness dati okay sya since always kami nag stay dito maybe kulang na sila sa staff that's why other area's is hindi okay but it's a good stay.
