The resort provides pickup service from the bus stop. Upon bus arrival, the driver was already on standby to bring us to the hotel. The room that we got was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable as well. Shower water was not strong but still useable. Having said that, the tv in the room wasn't working and should be fixed. The bidet water was also very weak and was leaking if we don't shut it from the source. The resort also has many options of safari tours. The chose the river canoe ride + bird watching + elephant breeding center as well as the jeep ride in safari. Mr Jagat who guided our jeep tour was the best guide one could ask for. He was patient to show us the animal and very knowledgeable. Lastly i would like to commend on every staff at the resort. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Despite there are some areas of improvements, i would recommend this resort for their excellent service. Additionally do go for their cultural dance show. It's worth it. Have fun and experience their culture. I love Chitwan and would recommend people to visit.

We had booked three nights but could only arrive on the third night. I knew I would lose the cost of the first two nights but when it came to check out, I was asked to pay for the three nights, despite having already paid through Trip.com. Fortunately, I had a Nepali friend come to collect us and he spoke with their head office. If he had not been there it would have been very difficult, despite showing the money taken from my bank. This was the second time for this to happen in Nepal when booking through Trip; already paid but being asked to pay again.. Our room had no wi-fi, no hot water and only one seat to sit on outside. The place looked in poor condition, so we were not sorry to only spend one night there.

one of the best hotel of Chitwan area, we stayed two nights with family, we booked two rooms of jungle facing balcony, great location, on the bank of river, courteous and well behaved staffs, prompt service, rooms are well equipped with all modern amenities, restaurant has plenty of menus at very good price, front office staffs were very nice one Mr Ram is excellent, we enjoyed our stay.

All good. Hotel easy walking distance with luggage from where some buses actually stop, and the bus station itself. Nice rooms, well equipped, big windows and a nice little balcony overlooking the back of the hotel and pool area. Comfortable beds. Good restaurant, a little on the pricey side - but serves excellent food. I didn't use the pool but it looked fine. Some local cafes, bakeries and shops nearby. Local transport easily obtained. No complaints. Staff kind and very helpful at reception and in the restaurant.

I had a fantastic experience! Not only was the price reasonable and the hotel clean and hygienic, but the environment was also excellent, the facilities met standards, and the service was even more satisfying (especially the head waiter and other staff at the front desk). I would definitely choose to stay here again if given the chance. This hotel is popular with Chinese guests, so I suggest hiring more Mandarin-speaking staff.

We had such a memorable time at Into The Wild. We were greeted by Kumar and Ranjit who looked after us so well. We were shown the hotel grounds and facilities on arrival, told which animals we might see from the hotel terrace (we saw jackals, peacocks, deer, even a jungle cat!) and explained about the safari options before our evening meal was prepared. The food was delicious and the portions were huge, the breakfast was fresh too! The room was large, clean and quiet. However there’s so much to see, we didn’t spend much time there. We took a private jeep safari the next day and we did the guided village walk which was really interesting. We can’t wait to visit again!

The room was large and comfortable. The bedding was comfortable; it was the best night's sleep I've ever had. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helped me book tickets and contact the driver. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, and the place is very close to the airport.

Our recent stay at Jungle Wildlife Camp was beautiful! The restaurant manager Shiteram made sure our stay was perfect! He was so kind and considerate helping us move rooms as in our original the facilities were not working, he always greeted us when we saw him and helped us spot wildlife in the river. From the hotel we were able to spot rhinos, crocodiles, elephants bathing, and many birds. We had breakfast at the restaurant every morning and it was lovely.

Such a nice view and friendly staff! I really enjoyed every moment at the hotel. The location is perfect — it’s right next to the national park, and I could actually see the river from the balcony. It’s also on the main street, so it’s easy to get anywhere. The room was in perfect condition and very clean. The air conditioner worked really well. The staff were all so friendly and kind.
