GGuest UserThe FeiFan Chinese Hotel is conveniently located at GRA, Ikeja in Lagos, within easy reach of the international airport.
The staff were very friendly and very helpful throughout my stay there. The usual concierge service was excellent. The receptionist were knowledgeable and competent.
I particularly liked the design of the hotel which is very family oriented, in keeping with Chinese traditions. As a family, you will enjoy a lot of privacy and space during your stay here.
Now, this next point is awesome: you are provided with three-square meals every day as part of your booking. The food is Chinese but they are of high quality. So, if you like Chinese food, this is the hotel for you.
Finally, you're accorded free airport pickup and for your departure. Never had this type of service before so I very highly recommend the FeiFan Chinese Hotel to you.
And by the way, the guys at the reception will give you all the tips you need to enjoy your stay in Lagos. Have fun!

The decoration in the room is very beautiful, giving people a warm feeling, making people not want to leave, I need to stay here for a week, and I feel very happy, and the room price is very reasonable. The attitude of the service staff is very good, making people feel very kind and friendly. The sanitation of the house is very good, which makes people feel very reassured. The furniture in the room is very practical, which makes people feel very intimate. There are Chinese-style sockets, and the lady kindly gave the sockets. This is a very suitable place to live, making people feel very warm and safe.

The rooms are impressively spacious, incredibly neat, and clean, providing a great environment to relax. The food was delicious, but what really sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service. Every single staff member was courteous, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout my visití.
A very special thanks goes to the Chef. He was always present with a smiling face and went above and beyond by personally checking in on me and offering custom dishes outside of the standard buffet menu. That level of hospitality is rare and much appreciated!

From the moment I arrived, all the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Every query or request I had was handled promptly and with genuine care, which made my stay stress-free and enjoyable.
The apartment was comfortable and well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service and attention to detail throughout my stay. GGuest UserThe stay was okay, but as a Nigerian used to bigger spaces, the room felt quite small. There’s also no intercom in the bedroom, so you have to go downstairs to reception for anything you need.
The food was good, but it’s a Chinese hotel, so expect mostly Chinese dishes. I requested extra pillows but none was provided, and the toilet could definitely use more tissue supply.
On the positive side, the space is clean, the staff is nice and they offer nice bathroom amenities like a razor, comb, and a few other essentials.

Mmoshood shittuThe hotel is situated in an excellent location close to the airport. It is a modern hotel that is clean and has excellent facilities. However, the services at the reception desk and Koriko & Co restaurant are 4-Stars. The reception is always crowded, and you spend much time waiting for the staff to attend to you. However, they are apologetic and friendly about keeping you waiting. The food in the restaurant and the varieties are excellent; I mainly ate the local dishes (I ate breakfast daily and ate dinners on several evenings with friends and relatives), and my Lagos taste buds can detect the days when the food tastes superior (must be the different chefs) compare to other days—the meals were warm and delightful. I must recognise the hospitality of the Intern Pastry Chef (Deborah) and ? Food ambassador (Nimi); both checked how the customers enjoyed their meals and hotel stay. They did their job with beautiful smiles and engaged well with everyone. Deborah is a true gem and will add immense value to the hotel brand; her puff-puff is a perfect 10/10.

RrobonI recently stayed at the Radisson Hotel Lagos for a business trip, and it turned into an unforgettable experience! From check-in to check-out, every detail was flawlessly executed.
The room was a sanctuary of comfort – spotlessly clean, modern, and spacious. The plush bedding, sleek bathroom, and skyline views from the floor-to-ceiling windows made it hard to leave! Perfect for both work (great desk setup) and relaxation.
The staff here truly shines! Special thanks to the staff who greeted me warmly and sorted every request with lightning speed. Housekeeping kept the room immaculate, and the concierge offered spot-on recommendations for exploring Lagos.

ZZwajeThe hotel workers are friendly, hardworking and accommodating. The hotel was located in a very catchy area with ease access to shopping mall and supermarkets . However from personal experience point of view, the hotel Wi-Fi was very poor. In addition the hotel wifi can only connect to single device, maximum of two devices is not allowed. I had to use my personal mobile data for the total of 7days that I stayed in the hotel.

Hotel location: The transportation in Lagos is quite convenient. Hotel facilities: Take a look at the pictures for yourself, they were taken on the day of check-in. Looking at the pictures of bedding and linens, the bed is quite comfortable. Hotel decoration: see pictures for yourself. Bathroom: There is no dry and wet separation. Breakfast: Look at the pictures for yourself. Hotel service staff: Personally I think they are very service-minded and quite careless during the stay.
